Ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger and a Little Fries to go. Friendly staff and helpful and kind. Easy access to shop. Lots of parking outside. Nice seating area clean.

The burgers are delicious! There's nothing to deny there! They are delicious and cooked just right. The fries are pretty good, if your a fan of crisp fries though your going to be disappointed. The staff was professional, not overly friendly but they did good and the wait wasn't too long. The price is what you would expect from a destination burger joint, not a Burger King or something.

This is $40 worth of food. "Large Fries" should be renamed "Not so Large" fries.

Large Fries portion is now cut in half!!! Wow, look at the picture; $40 buys you a bag that's 3/4 EMPTY, as compared with 6 months ago, where they would fill your bag. Worse yet, when I asked them, "Is this a large portion?". The worker actually looked at it twice and said, "Yup, that's a large!" He should have said. NO LARGE FRIES FOR YOU! In the time he spent looking into the bag to try to see the exact fries level, he could have given me a scoop more and made me happy. Message to FIVE GUYS: NO LARGE FRIES; NO MORE VISIT!

Me waiting when I ordered ahead

No point in mobile order on their app or third party. You are going to wait no matter what and they give off huge "we don't care ". No longer worth the struggle. Cold delivery or go and wait. They can't execute the process.

They accept online orders, even from chase pay where offers keep coming. Have been here 2 times before visiting 3rd time today. But for first time took takeaway order. Experience was smooth. Reached 7 mins late, order was ready. Burgers done the way it was ordered and staff greets you with smiles. Peanuts at any five guys are always a bonus. Clean restaurant with ample of space. Food taste good. Fortunately no issues with my food in all 3 visits. Five guys burgers are always hunger filling due to their big size and so much of optional sides to put in burger. They are definitely one of the best fast food burger chains.

All the workers taking 20 minutes on two cheese burgers and frys.

I'm a doordasher and everytime I get an order form here it is never busy. Today there was only 2 other people waiting for food. There is 7 workers out. They are super super slow. My order was just two cheese burgers and frys. And it took them 20 minutes to give me my order. I used to work as a cook at a restaurant in fountain hills and it does not take this long to make two simple cheese burgers and frys. Unless you want to wait forever then don't come here.

I enjoyed a double cheeseburger with no bun (wrapped in lettuce) and extra mushrooms. I still perfer In and Out for the food and price.

I'm from DC and I've been enjoying Five Guys for about 8 years. I still think they are the best fast-food burgers in the business.

From the outside, the place doesn't look like much, tucked away in a small shopping center. Once inside, there are a plentiful number of tables in the smallish restaurant, which does not feel at all cramped. It is tastefully decorated, and you order at a counter, and they will either call you to get your food or bring it out to you. On the day we were there, the owner was behind the counter and took our order. He asked if we had been there before, and since I had not, he took the time to explain the menu to me. They focus nearly exclusively on chicken tenders, and we opted to share The Three Tenders, which comes with...you guessed it...three chicken tenders (with your choice of heat level), three warmed tortillas, pickles, and alley sauce (the house dipping sauce) on the side. We added sides of French fries and Cole slaw, and the owner gave me a free fountain drink since it was my first time there. So nice! We grabbed a high-top table, and once the food came out, and I bit into the first tender, I knew I was eating the best chicken tenders I have ever eaten. Seriously. These are awesome and at a decent price, too. The tenders are very large and perfectly breaded. The spiciness matches the heat level you choose--not to little and not too much. No mushy tempura batter here either. And the house dipping sauce was perfectly suited to the tenders. The fries and slaw were great, too. If you like chicken tenders, you won't regret trying Hot Chicken Alley!

Honestly, my favorite burger I've ever had. You can really taste the quality of each ingredient,…read moretheir Wagyu patty is actually so worth the 30 minute line. I did get the spicy viva burger to try as well, and didn't like it as much. It lacked depth of flavor and kinda just tasted spicy. Still a solid burger of course, but I would go back to the classic ones next time. During lent, they had their fish sandwich, which was INSANE. The best one we have ever had. The fish was crispy on the outside, flakey and buttery on the inside. The tartar sauce was perfectly tart and balanced the whole thing. I AM PRAYINGG it comes back for times other than lent. Ruined every other fish sandwich for me. We tried their fries both times we went, and honestly not a fan. They're beef tallow fries so they're supposedly "better" but they were pretty hard and oily, and have the meat taste from the beef tallow that I don't like, I would skip these. People start lining up before the truck opens so I suggest getting there 20 minutes early for quick service, otherwise you'll be looking at an hourish wait. But trust me, it's worth it

My friends and I arrived about 20 minutes before the truck opened, and there were already a few people standing in line. The line moved pretty quickly, and the total time from ordering and receiving our food was only about 15 minutes. At this time, the line wrapped around the truck. The food came out hot and fresh. Filet-o-fish is one of my favorites of all time, and the filet de fish did not disappoint at all! The first bite had us levitating and seeing stars. The tartare sauce that the fried fish was smothered in was delicious and creamy, and the fish fillet itself was tender and flaky. The toasted and soft Japanese bun was the cherry on top. Simple and comforting and nostalgic, but elevated in the best way. We also tried their popular Viva Mexico, but we felt like it lacked in flavor and only tasted spicy, if that makes sense. Beef tallow fries were okay and not anything special. Great portions, however, it was still pretty expensive for a food truck burger. I'm glad I got to try this place out and will be back if the filet de fish hits the menu again, and would try their Signature next time.
