WOW, DUSEAN at this location was not only extremely friendly and helpful with the app. He showed such kindness and great leadership with his team. I was watching him and admired how he encouraged his team and told me and the other customers thank you so much for being patient. They we're pretty busy for a Wednesday night and DUSEAN handled everything with great care and speed. I will definitely be back, even more than I usually am because of this 5 star experience. I unfortunately had my burger swapped with someone else's and didn't realize until I got home, but when I came back to get the right order, the employees (and who I assume was the manager) were incredibly apologetic and generous towards me. I was offered a free drink, milkshake, and larger size fry while I waited for my order. I only took the drink because I would like to be able to fit into my jeans tomorrow, but I appreciated that they were so willing to rectify the situation. Wish we would have read Eric L.'s review before we went there. We've ate at Five Guys for years because we like their healthy food - but this location's incompetency and customer service is horrible. They only put 1 double patty hamburger in our bag - not 2. When we called to complain the manager stuck up for the employee and barated us for not double checking our receipt / bag before leaving! My husband just suffered a stroke and I have difficulty driving w/my diabetic feet. The idea of driving all the way back there from Knoxville was out of the question. When we explained that to the manager she didn't care. Said we'd have to come all the way back! No apology. We reached out to Five Guys corporate. First I want to say I do generally like Five Guys but...Ok I know things are crazy right now, but this is nuts. Two little burgers one with cheese one without, two small fries, coke, sweet tea. $37.07 freaking dollars. The burgers are not what we ordered, we ordered regular burgers but got little burgers. I ordered Cajun fries, way, way too much seasoning. I guess the way now is give a butt ton of fries and then they won't know how much you get taken on the burger size. This was probably the saddest burger I have had in a while and I paid 37 dollars for two of them. So it will be a while before I come back like when I have to have fries this is the place, or milkshakes, but not burgers. read more

Five guys is good but this location is horrible. It is a total crapshoot as to whether what you order will actually be in the bag. It has happened enough times where they put a single patty on to go orders instead of double patties that it appears intentional that they charge for a double and only give a single. I am willing to forgive an occasional mistake but they either don't care at all about order accuracy or they are intentionally shorting people to increase profits. read more

Solid burger! The fries were VERY salty here but I managed to minimize it with mayo and ketchup. Five Guys is always consistently delicious. No matter the location you know what you're gonna get. The little burger is 1/4 lb, the regular is 1/2 lb. It feels bigger since you can load it up with free toppings. Very friendly service--it was about 9:15pm and they were closing at 10. Though they were sweeping and cleaning the place, we didn't feel rushed. The gentleman at the counter actually brought us our order to the table. Very nice. read more

Burger Heaven Five Guys, has the best bacon burgers ever. You can watch the cook; cook your order right in front of you. Most of all, they use real potatoes for the French fries. My son orders a bacon burger, with fries. His burger was cooked, right in front of him gift wrapped in aluminum foil. And his French fries, was given to him in a huge brown bag. This is by far the best Five Guys around. Their health code rating is always 99 or 100. They're always so friendly. The best thing about them is their attention detail. My wife has a gluten allergy, so we come here to get lettuce wrapped burgers. Every time we order, they ask if it's an allergy or a preference. They always make her burger at a separate station and change their gloves before making it, and put it in a separate bag. When they bring our food to us, they let us know they made it at a separate station, just to reassure us. Awesome food, awesome service! read more

I have high expectations for five guys, and they just were not met at this location. This was my first trip to this store. The staff was very friendly, but they fell short on execution. My fries were so salty I couldn't eat them at all, the patty was incredibly dry and they forgot my mushrooms. I drive for Uber and I eat at Five Guys at least 3 times a week. I've been to every location in Knoxville as well as Sevierville. They are all excellent. But I gotta tell ya, the Powell location has the best fries. Liz is the Grand Poobah of French Fries. They were so good, I almost forgot to eat the burger. They were golden brown and crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, not a bit greasy ... just perfect fries. I'm hungry just thinking about them. Visit this location for a treat. A greasy, fatty, amazing guilty pleasure. Burgers, dogs, fries. Simple enough but you'll be hard pressed to find a better burger spot. Best to just share one order of fries between two people, they will give you a ton. Also if you're allergic to peanuts, do not even walk through the door. They use peanut oil for their fries, and there are cases of peanuts in the middle of the restaurant. If you aren't allergic however, do yourself a favor and eat here soon. read more

I usually get the junior burger (the regular with two patties is just too much) and share fries with Christopher D. Avoid this Five Guys with a passion! I ordered a BLT sandwich and it was burned. The manager refused to take it back and said that if I don't like something that they aren't liable for it!
