This was the worst service ever. We were trying to order in the drive thru. The girl taking the order said she couldn't hear us so we said we would start over. She literally screamed at us saying I got the first order and we said we were starting over with the second order. Still screaming at us, well I got that!!! We just left. We went to Zaxby's tonight to get a salad when we walked in I don't know what the smell was but it smelled awful I told my husband I didn't know if I could eat there. But we did The salad was awful the lettuce was dead the egg rolls was cooked for too long it was hard . I don't think we'll ever go back there again. The service was ok read more

After spending over five hours on the road, chicken was definitely on our minds. Within five minutes of ordering, we got our food! While they spelled our names incorrectly on the receipt, the staff seemed pleasant enough. The food was delicious (no criticism there!), but the restaurant could physically use some help. The floors were extremely sticky, and crumbs were on multiple tables. The whole experience could have been worse, but after going to Buc-ee's, nothing can compare. read more

Absolutely horrible. I just went here with my boyfriend and I'm not sure if everyone was new or if they were short staffed or what the deal was. It was too long of a wait to get to order with one car ahead of us. I repeated mine and my boyfriend's order multiple times to the girl taking it. My boyfriend noticed that she repeated his meal back wrong, so I asked her at the window again what she said and corrected her. My boyfriend then checks the bag and it looks like we have everything so we drive back home. We open up our meal to find out his is still wrong. He ordered traditional wings and things with whimpy sauce. They gave him boneless wings and things with the whimpy sauce in everything. They didn't give us the Zax sauce that should have came with his order, nor did they give me the zax sauce that should have came with my fries. They instead gave us two ranch that we did not ask for, and our fries were cold and soggy. On top of it, the girl who took our ordered acted annoyed with us when we asked for her to correct the order. So I'm upset about that, and that it all was STILL wrong when we got back. We thankfully didn't have to wait long on the order, but there were two cars ahead of us that had been pulled forward and waiting on their food. We got our food first which makes me think they still just decided to give us the food they originally made for us. I will not be returning to this location. Ps. Decent. We were traveling down south and stopped for a late night meal. The lady running the drive thru was incredibly polite. She was patient while we decided what we wanted and was super nice. Overall the chicken was good. Fries were ok and their sauce is pretty good. Cole slaw leaves a bit to be desired. When you order a large drink, you'll be shocked at just how large it is!!! Went in today to grab supper on the way home and ended up waiting 30 minutes for a Great 8 boneless wings meal and when I finally got it the boneless was cold and the sauce looked like they have been sitting for a while. 0/10 do NOT recommend. Online ordering took 15 min. Hard to navigate. Picked up order. No problem. Ordered two zalads. Lettuce etc we're pretty fresh but the chicken was only lukewarm and the lettuce was not cold. I had high hopes for Zaxby's since it would have been my first time trying it. This location is one of the last locations when I was heading back to Buffalo, NY from Atlanta GA. So I was like, I need to try it before I head back home. There is a pretty decent size parking lot in the front to accommodate my truck and trailer since I was trailer a car back home. There was maybe a 6-8 people dining in when I ate there. I ordered a 4 tenders meal that came with Cole Slaw, fires, bread and pop. You got many different sauces you can choose from but I kept with the Original sauce and it tasted very good I thought. My friend got the mild sauce which he liked more. That sauce had a more smokey flavor to it. I was comparing this place to Rasin Canes which I think taste amazing and Zaxby's to ME doesn't beat them in taste but comes in a solid second. The place was clean and service was very nice and attentive I will be coming back specifically this Zaxby's when I am on another road trip in the future. read more

"You'll love it!" "It's the best chicken you'll ever have!" This is how Zaxby's was described to me. I think they were wrong. I should have stopped at Bojangles but I wanted to know how good Zaxby's was after so many were fanatical about it. I ordered the Big Zax Snack Meal with Zax Sauce. That included 3 rather slim chicken fingers, overcooked fries, and a 22 ounce drink for $6.00 with tax. I will acknowledge that the chicken was white meat and it was juicy. The breading was good. I don't know if they have a spicy version but the employee behind the register didn't ask me. The sweet tea was good. The fries were not worth eating. The employees were friendly but yelling at people "Welcome to Zaxby's" as they open the door is a bit much. I suppose they couldn't hear well, so they need to be loud. If I'd thought twice about it, I would have turned around and headed to Bojangles. There had to be one in the vicinity...or Popeyes...or even Checkers/Rally's...they all have the best chicken for me. read more

Found this place via Google....wasn't too sure if I wanted to try a 'fast food' place...but traffic was horrible and we had just spent 90 minutes in a detour and we were hungry! The menu wasn't huge but they had a special on Zenation Zalads. Great choice! It was fresh, not premade. Large portions....very filling. Not bad for under $9 (including drink). Restroom was clean and the MGR came to our table after to check on things. read more

First off Zaxby's food is consistently good, I just wish the same could be said of their customer service. I decided I would beat the rush on game day and pick up some wings and fingers. I called the order in and they asked when I wanted to pick it up. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and said 45 minutes. When I arrived at 4:15 they hadn't even started on it. So I still ended up waiting 20 minutes. So what was the point of calling it in? Zaxby's you could definitely learn something from the Chik-Fil-A right down the street about great customer service and efficiency. I wouldn't have posted this if it was an isolated incident but they never get your order right through the drive thru so I guess this was the wing that broke the chicken's back. read more

I was charged extra for two sauces when two sauces come from. I didn't get a receipt, so I couldn't leave a review. Then, the cashier proceeded to put in the amount I gave her wrong and it said she owed me $100.13 back. When we asked the manager for a right receipt she told us we were charged the wrong amount.
