Their dogs are Nathan's hot dog with various toppings that range from chili Fritos, chili, bacon, avocado, relish and more traditional toppings. I was having a hard time making a decision; the gal working in the truck said their best seller is the Chicago dog. The dog itself is delicious, clearly high grade, flavorful well cooked meat. I believe it's even local! The toppings? Man, it would be easy to skimp out with cheap Sysco garbage, but this guy clearly is of higher moral standing and brings the goods! Even the bun is beautiful artisanal bread that provides the perfect substrate for it's enrobed cylindrical delicacy. To eat one of these hotdogs is like having God touch your tongue and tell you He loves you. Even the owner is a delight! You can do it from right outside the club through a window! Or you can order online for pickup or delivery. I was out one night and craving an authentic Chicago-style dog ($6.50). I made the order and about 15 minutes later I was presented with a beautiful looking creation that tasted great. And definitely extra authenticity points for that poppy-seed bun.
