Summary: Not (always) terrible food but terribly inconsistent. This Five Guys location suffers the same problem as every location I've been too: really inconsistent food cooking. Case in point, last week I stopped in and grabbed a cheeseburger for myself and a hot dog for my mother. The hamburger was overcooked and thus on the dry side. My mother said the hot dog was terrible. On the up side, there was a very happy dog in the house that day. Most times it's been fine with juicy burgers and decent fries. But then there was the time a few weeks ago when I stopped in on a Sunday. When I got there I was the only person waiting on food. There was only one woman up front. As I saw while waiting for my food, there were about 4 or 5 other staff in the back making hamburger patties. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries to go. When I looked at the food at home I was really frustrated. The burger was so overcooked it was literally crunchy; I ate maybe 3 or 4 bites out of a rather pricey burger. They double fry the French fries but it had clearly been a long time before I got there that they had fried them the first time. They were chewy and stale tasting. Another pricey item going in the trash. For the prices you're paying, the food should always be cooked properly. But they don't give you a choice of doneness for the burger (which other places in this price range do) so you're at the complete mercy of the person on the grill. If the food were consistently cooked properly this place would be an easy recommendation. It is using much better ingredients than the mystery products you'd get from a fast food restaurant but that doesn't matter when they cook it into something resembling charcoal and charge a premium price for it. Awful customer service. They left the lobby and back completed unattended (someone could've tried to steal the register) I ordered a pick up for 1:00 came in late at 1:15 and they didn't come out and help until 1:30. Told me it would be a wait for the fries. PLEASE STAFF PROPERLY OR CLOSE. Honestly want to report this store to corporate. Not fair to the hard workers here. Where's the GM?? Awful awful. read more

I don't eat burgers often so when I do, I want a fresh one customized to include exactly what I want. Definitely more expensive than I want to spend, but as an occasional treat it's worth the price of 3 McDonalds ones. Price is the only reason I removed a star though; the fries are really good too, and a small is easily big enough for two people! read more

We visited this Five Guys location on Saturday, August 12, in the early afternoon. My brother and dad were in town to visit, and since they don't have a Five Guys anywhere near them, we go any time they're here. There were 7 of us total. When ordering for myself and my two girls, I asked if their relish was sweet relish or dill relish. The kid working the register said he didn't know. I asked if he could ask someone else so I could be sure before ordering. He asked a man who I assumed to be in charge. This guy told the cashier, 'I don't know what kind of relish it is, it's just relish' So he came back to the counter and said yeah, it's dill relish. I ordered a burger for me with Mayo, dill relish, and onions. My girls each got a hot dog with dill relish. My brother ordered a burger as well-I don't remember the condiments he asked for, but he was given completely wrong ones. His burger had tomato, lettuce, and Mayo on it, and it looked like it was kicked around the floor before being given to him. When I took a bite of my burger, I immediately realized that the relish wasn't dill, it was sweet. Then both of my girls realized the same when they started eating their hot dogs. Neither of them ate theirs, I only ate mine because I was pretty hungry, even though the taste was not what I had anticipated, or cared for. The floor of the restaurant was visibly dirty-our shoes all stuck to it and made a loud noise when we pulled them off. This is the worst Five Guys spot that I have ever visited. For the prices they are charging for hot dogs and small cheeseburgers, you'd think they would know what their condiments are, or be able to keep the place clean. Unless something major changes there, I won't be visiting this spot again any time soon, and my brother and dad no longer are interested in stopping there when in town. read more

Nearly 9 1/4 dollars for small cheeseburger, put together in such a way, that upon opening it everything spills out, the bottom bread was extremely soggy at the bottom, which is I guess what led to the thing falling apart and onto the table. I had forgot, not the previous time I got this problem I had the same problem. Maybe if it came with a warning label it might be OK. Either way I hate soaking wet bread, second time I came, and second time I ended up throwing the hamburger away eating only the the ground beef read more

Love the food but SO EXPENSIVE!! Over 30 dollars for two people and that's with sharing French fries . Slow service . Love the soda machine! Clean restaurant. Wish I could afford to eat there more . Good milkshakes. read more

I love Five Guys. The double cheeseburger is my favorite. The meat is great. The only thing I don't like is that they have peanuts. But that's only because I don't like peanuts. But there free so to everyone that likes them it is fine! If you are looking for somewhere to go, Five Guys is something you should think about. LOVE the burgers here! Best around for sure, but...the last two times they've been all wrong. Forgot toppings, wrong toppings and very skimpy on the fries. I ordered a large and a small. After watching the person before me get the same and watching them fill each cup and then put a small silver tub full in the bag on top, I only got the two cups. I had to ask why I did not receive the extra tub on top at which point they made more and gave me what they said It, indeed, should be. Seems like a bunch of kids running the place and they are more interested in the gossip than getting the orders right. Sad because we live their overpriced food so much! Get it together guys! Went in to get a burger last night, New Year's Day at 7 pm. One of the employees came up to us as we were walking in and said "you can't come in, we are closed, the doors are closed and the open signs are off." She was pretty livid. We saw tons of people in there and it said it was open until ten. So, we just went in anyway and ordered. I asked the girl at the counter if they were closed, and she said they were in fact open until ten, and that they'd had a rush and that the manager (who had tried to give us the bum's rush outside), was having back problems and was trying to get people to not come into the store. Seriously. I was flabbergasted. She was chasing away customers three hours before close, because her back hurt. While I'm sympathetic to that, when I asked her why she tried to shoo us away, she started giving me all kinds of excuses and general acting like a total crazy person. I told her that she should leave work and go to the hospital if she needed, instead of taking it out on unsuspecting customers who have nothing to do with her suffering. They have us our meal on the house "so we wouldn't complain," and I was so uncomfortable with the whole thing we ate in the car. As we did so, we watched her chase away customer after customer in the same fashion. This was hands-down, the weirdest customer service interaction I have ever had. The fries were nearly uncooked (you could tell they had turned the fryers off, three hours before close) and the burger wasn't what I ordered. Truly, and exceptionally bad and next-level crazy town experience. This manager needs some training and maybe a chiropractor, stat. OR MAYBE SHE WAS JUST HUNGOVER ON NEW YEAR'S DAY AND DIDN'T WANT TO WORK. read more
