Shout out to Taco Bell in Shrewsbury. Had a very large order for a party (72 tacos and 24 burritos) The staff was helpful and friendly. Picked up my order and they had everything ready and waiting for me. The order was correct and staff even helped carry all the bags of tacos and sauce out to my car. First of all, we ordered cravings boxes and the boxes weren't included, but I didn't really care abt that what I did care about was there was an entire taco missing and a disgusting hair in one of the taco ACTUALLY received + there were tomatoes on one of my boyfriends tacos he can't eat them because he's allergic. I've been to multiple taco bell locations in York county, and this is by far the best one. They are the most reliable, and seem to have a very efficient drive through. I did previously work here actually, and I remember how everyone was very clean and hygienic about the food. They always get my mobile orders correct and some of them even know me by name now. The "manager" on duty tonight 8/26/23 just screamed and yelled at three 40-year old women who stopped in to use the restroom and get food. We are traveling back from a concert and were stopping to get food but used the bathroom first. While in the restroom we were yelled at for 5+ minutes to get out of the bathroom and repeatedly told to open the door while people were using the bathroom. Women go to the bathroom in numbers for safety and tried explaining this through the door and that we wouldn't open the door with someone exposed. When we walked out of the bathroom we were met by an angry manager and 3 other employees who accused us of being with another group. Needless to say we didn't order food and left quickly. I have no idea what happened prior to us walking in but there were a bunch of cars in the parking lot. I have never been treated this way anywhere and I've honestly never left revJew before now. We will be contacting corporate to investigate this location. read more

The staff members are very friendly and do a good job keeping the store and the bathrooms clean. The store was renovated not that long ago, so everything looks new. The store also has 2 touch-screen computers for customers to place order. The food quality is consistent, and food modifications have been done without fail. Overall, a great Taco Bell location. One minor inconvenience is the Taco Bell WiFi kicks you off after 30 minutes and you'll have to resign in. Pretty annoying! read more

Normally go there once in a blue moon and I get it, it's teenagers who work there so you can't expect much. This time it was a little different when I got my cheesy roll ups I bit into one and then IMMEDIATELY felt something hard so I spit it out and me and my boyfriend looked through it. There was a LITERAL finger nail I mean come on I thought this was part of hygiene to trim your fingernails down. Absolutely disgusted I didn't even finish the rest of it and then I noticed that the cheesy roll ups weren't even warm they were semi cool but it didn't bother me as much so I could clearly tell they were old and they didn't wanna make new ones. read more

I've been coming to this Taco Bell for approximately 8 years semi-regularly. They have a fantastic staff and great food. My orders have only been slightly incorrect two times in the years I've been here, and they've always made it right. Definitely recommend! read more

I went into this location today for a couple of their beef and Fritos burritos, which are only a dollar. As you can see from the photo I just posted from the Taco Bell app, this is part of their value menu. When I went there to pick it up, instead of being charged $2, the bill (before tax) was $2.58. See photo of my receipt below. I asked why the price was different than what I ordered, and the answer from the checkout person at the window was 'that's not the price we charge'. Although the manager apparently was "busy", she said she would let the manager know there was something wrong with the app. Of course, the nationwide price and the app are wrong, not the Shrewsbury Taco Bell. Sure. It is no wonder this Taco Bell location has only a one star rating on yelp. One thing I know for certain - one star is one star too many. read more

This is absolutely the worst place to go.. (kfc part) Let me start off by saying we had two orders.. Paid separate don't care how it's bagged.. So they bagged it together. 4 items..... Received one. They said it was all in the bag together. Pull off and park and look inside. One boxed item with the sides. That's it. So I walk inside and get told by the manager that they forgot about putting it in the bag. Great job.. You had one job. Idiots. So I go outside and start to eat and guess what I find... They don't take pride in their work at all I spent $8 bucks and the only thing that wasn't absolutely disgusting was the Baja blast freeze which is impossible to mess up, the food was so bad I legit downloaded this app in the parking lot just to write the review, worst Taco Bell I love had in my life.
