I stopped into Five Guys and had a pretty good dining experience. The parking lot was a bit chaotic to enter (Route 1 is the Wild Wild West) but they have tons of parking spaces available even during peak business hours. The restaurant was clean, well stocked, and has indoor and patio seating available for dine in services. The staff were incredibly nice and hardworking, even during peak dining times they were incredibly efficient and wait times were minimal. This may have been the most staffed I've seen fast food restaurant in five years (They had 9 staff working in various prep stations). The meal itself was filling, but I think the little burger/cheeseburger was a bit overpriced for the portion size. The fries however are absolutely worth the price and the portions were beyond adequate. A small meal will run you about $17.00 but overall it's worth the cost. I would recommend others try this Five Guys location. read more

Trash.. wash your hands after handling the trash bin, don't just change your gloves. If arms are hairy they should also be covered. Especially if your arms go inside of the bags when you're placing fries in them. It's N.Attleboro though, dining expectations shouldn't be high. This is actually a 2.5 star review but I don't feel that 3 would accurately show my disappointment. The burgers and fries are still top notch, the prices are still high in my opinion. My updates review is because I'm very unhappy with the order online and pick up in store system. I just placed an order for a 6:30 pick up and was standing in a place FULL, I'm sure beyond Covid capacity of people waiting for food. I saw people come in and order and leave before I got my food so why did I bother to order online?!? They need to prioritize the orders in the way they were placed/set for pick up. I have been to Five Guys all over the country and the formula is always the same. Good service or bad service each franchise turns out the same thing. Thin overcooked hamburgers on a bun , juicy grilled hot dogs on a bun, some really good french fries (if cooked properly) with the skins on, and really thick fabulous milk shakes.Lots of topping for all of those, cheese, bacon, veggies etc. There are other items, but those are the basics. So, if you are looking for a great juicy hamburger, go to K.C's Burgers a few miles away. Ask if the fries can be crisp if you don't think they are cooked enough. Again, IT IS A CHAIN. Just like McDonald's , etc. After reading the other reviews, I was hesitant to go. However, I was greeted warmly when I came in the front door, the woman who took my order was pleasant and chatty. There was someone busily cleaning tables and the floor - it was very clean. There were 3 cooks working all the orders and while they had no expression and looked like they were just there, they were doing their job. Does the food come out fast ? NO. It is not a fast food restaurant, but a chain restaurant. Expect to wait 15-20 minutes to get your order, which is why they push the call ahead ordering so much. You are waiting as they cook for the people that already called and ordered. So I am not a fan of their hamburgers, but love the grilled hot dog with mustard and the fries. I can dream of those fries - but again they have to be cooked correctly. They are extremely fresh and each store tells you where the potatoes of the day came from in the US. Maybe they hired new staff - YAY! But I had a really positive customer service experience and know what to expect. So sit down, eat some peanuts and wait for your order. Although the food was good, the wait for the food was extremely long. Having grown up in the food service industry, I have always been used to an organized kitchen. I think all of the cooks were making the food, but what was missing was the EXPEDITOR!! I was one of four people waiting when I came in. By the time I finally got my food and left, there were about 10-15 people waiting for their food. This would not have happened if someone stepped up to the plate and expedited all of the orders. I'm very disappointed with the quality of my food. I've had better from the frozen isle. The fries were burned, soggy, with absolutely zero seasoning. I don't see any comments about the extremely high price for a burger, fries and Coke - $17.24. The Coke was not good, tasted watered down - nothing was great or tasted like high quality. Did an online order for 4:30. Decided to write this review as I'm still waiting on my food now at 4:41. Heard the cashier say fire Ashley when I approached her at 4:26. 4 minutes early, my expectation is that my food be ready on time. The other three workers too busy talking never did because they didn't hear her. This resulted in 3 families who came in after me and ordered in the store to get their food first. It wasn't until I asked about my food did they realize I was forgotten. Im still stuck on them firing food for an online order once the customer announces themself. First experience with Five Guys - last experience. Grossly overpriced and very mediocre. Don't believe the hype, the quality isn't there.

I'm never one to complain literally ever, but when I got there I didn't realize that one of the entrances was locked and there was no sign stating that you had to use the side entrance and all of the workers just blatantly stared there looking at me knocking on the door not realizing. All of the people working there look like they were about 16 years old and were honestly some of the rudest people I've ever seen. The girl working the front counter was the nicest one but honestly all the other people behind The counter were just rude. When one of the guys was calling out names for food he was barely speaking loud enough (which don't get me wrong I totally understand with masks it can be difficult but-) so you could not hear him; so I asked him two times what I'm sorry I can't hear you and he just literally walked away. There were so many people waiting for food and they were all just goofing around and laughing. I've worked in customer service for about seven years and I'm never one to complain but honestly it was just ridiculous. read more

Can personally say I've been too multiple Five Guys around the nation, and this one in particular, was the worst I've ever been too. Corporate needs to get involved and help this store. My burger was made fairly quickly , and the FIRST time our burgers were cold, the SECOND time our burgers were "re-made" & still cold. My mother gave up and settled for her medium-rare burger, I on the other hand was not satisfied and spoke to a manager. When told he couldn't reheat the burger, that it was to be thrown in the trash I refused a THIRD burger and returned to my table, not even three minutes later the manager returned with a third burger, the one I had REFUSED. It would have been better off and a less of a waste if he hadn't come to the table and dropped off the burger, he attempted to "fix" the situation but I came to eat and left having only eaten a few over done fries. In a personal opinion the staff obviously didn't care, one of the employees had tried to assist me in a customer friendly way while another tried to give me a slight attitude about my saying the burgers were not hot.
