If I could give negative stars I would. After a long day of being out and about I hadn't eaten all day and decided I was going to stop quickly to get some McDonald's. Well I quickly learned that this is a horrible establishment. I waited 47 minutes for nuggets and French fries. As I am waiting, many people are coming in complaining how half their order was missing as well as the many others waiting just as long if not longer for their food as well. I go up after 30 minutes to check on my food and it took 15 minutes for someone to attend me. As I'm waiting for the 15 minutes I see the manager actively eating French fries out of customers bags. Then after I finally get helped with, they tell me I have to wait for the French fries!!! Well no kidding!! I got my food and my nuggets were cold and my drink was wrong. I had to go up and wait another 10 minutes just to get my correct drink order. Next time I crave chicken nuggets I know I will NOT be stopping at this McDonald's. read more

They just had a remodel and they have ruined the entire inside of what used to be a Cheery place for a quick fast Food grab. The place looks like a hospital lobby at this point. Very disappointed in your remodel. They also took away all self-service drinks and other items you could grab quickly like napkins and other items. Taking this McDonalds off the list! Wow ... it's a good thing I didn't check the other Yelp reviews before I ate at this McDonald's. I stopped here for lunch Friday because it was the first place I saw that was close to the highway; the two-for-$5 special sealed the deal (I got a Filet-O-Fish and Quarter Pounder with cheese). Since I didn't want to tear down their drive-through sign with my work truck, I went inside to order. Okay, so every other reviewer prior to me trashed this McDonald's, giving it only 1 star, saying the place was dirty, the food was garbage, yada, yada, yada. Either they are talking about some other McDonald's, or I just happened to visit here when the planets were aligned or something. Whatever the case, I found the place to be clean; the service to be fast and polite; and the food to be better than average. It was actually one of the best Filet-O-Fish sandwiches I've had in a long time! My Quarter Pounder was above-average as well, although not quite as stellar as the Filet-O-Fish (can you tell I'm a bit of a Filet-O-Fish fanatic?). Not to be a McDonald's fanboy or anything, but when I rate a McDonald's (or any fast-food chain restaurant, for that matter), I only compare it to other McDonald's, not to all other restaurants. I think these 1-star reviewers are perhaps being a bit harsh, or unrealistic. You can't expect to walk in here and see Mario Batali making your Big Mac. This is a fairly large McDonald's, with a huge, nicely-landscaped parking lot with several entrances, and a kids' playhouse at one end of the building. It also has one of their upscale dining areas, with flat-screen televisions. When I walked in, the air conditioning was refreshingly cool, without being uncomfortably cold. Oddly, though, the gas fireplace was lit. What's up with that? Another oddity: A female employee making French fries wore leggings; um, I thought McDonald's had a strict uniform code? this mcdonald's is disappointing because it soo slow. whenever i go to the second speaker, it doesn't even save time because there's only one person taking orders. what's the point in having two speakers if two employees aren't taking orders at the same time? also, 3 times in a row they put a coke on my order when i did not order a coke. each time i tried to tell them to take it off, it took them forever to even understand what i was saying and then fix it. very annoying. very funny how it happened 3 times in a row. ok and then my last story is a very different experience. i was at the window waiting for my food when the employee said the manager wants to talk to me. i was scared because why would he want to talk to me?? the employee said, "you're in troubleeee" like what is going on??? the manager comes up to me and gives me an ice cream cone almost a foot tall. it clearly wasn't an extra cone that they forgot to give the previous customer because it was so big and he had also JUST made it. why was i special enough to get a large ice cream cone???!!! thanks mcdonald's. it ended up melting pretty bad while i was driving home and i had to hold it out the window. read more

As a whole everything was ok. Accessible, food came out mostly ok. There were two issues. We ordered 2 quarter pounders, 1 medium fries, a water and a soda. I decided to check the bag in the drive through and good thing because even though she said we were all set, the fry was missing. I tried to get her attention but she mysteriously disappeared. Later she appeared and I told her our fries were missing. It was on the counter in plain view and she then gave it to us. After all that the fries were a little dry. read more

This McDonald's is good for a coke or any other type of soda, but I wouldn't eat their food. I go through drive-up, wont go in, because it's just not kept up well inside. If I'm lucky, they don't mess my coke up and make it a diet. Or give me a small when I clearly ordered a large. I guess ordering one soda is too much work for this place at times. Just left here, was only person here had to wait at the window for 10 minutes for a burger. The lady at the window was rude and left the window open, not to mention the entire 10 minutes she was swearing up and down dropping the F bomb over and over. I don't usually write reviews or ever complain. I work in the restaurant business and have for 6 years, so I'm very understanding and patient. I actually downloaded this app just to share how terrible my visit was. I don't know if it was the staff itself, the management, how employees are getting treated, etc. But if fast food workers are seriously making $15 an hour doing this, I am very mad. We started ordering because the woman said she was ready and when we ordered she messed up twice. We ordered 5 or 6 items and she told us the total and "okay drive up" and we weren't even finished. Whatever we moved on. Then we said to the second window if we could have a cup of water and after waiting a minute he came back and said "you know you can order this at the speaker" kind of snarky-like. SHE DIDNT LET US FINISH! I really wanted a mcflurry with extra M&Ms. My burritos were gross, the cookies were hard, my hash towns were cold, we didn't get a drink.. This is literally the worst place you could ever get a job at because just like any other company they treat you with the upmost respect in the beginning but once you get comfortable you're just another trash bag ready to go to the dumpster I worked here for about six months to a year and every manager makes you feel like you're worth is less than average even worse than that is that most of them are younger in the 17 to 19-year-old age range but then there are the managers that are 25 and up each and everyone of them does not appreciate a single person there unless they fit in tightly with the cool kids per se they don't allow you to leave the group even to get a drink or use the bathroom unless it's convenient time for them you can slave in 80° heat as much as you want but as long as a manager doesn't want you to leave the grill you're screwed The communication between coworkers sucks because each and everyone of them believes they're better than one another so nothing ever gets done they nitpick at you in a matter how hard you work I passionately hate this place read more

I went through the drive-thru last night and ordered two cheeseburgers. When I got home and unwrapped one of the cheeseburgers there was a very long hair coming out of the bun. It was very noticeable. I opened up the bun and the hair was stuck under the burger. It was a very long piece of hair. I cannot believe that this was not noticed while it was being wrapped up! I am so happy I didn't just bite into it while driving in the car! The workers with long hair should have to wear their hair back or hair nets. It's disgusting and I will never go back to this location again. I threw away the entire meal as I couldn't eat the other burger because I was just too disgusted by the hair in the other one. I'm not sure if it was a prank by a kid or if this was just a mistake but the hair was so noticeable that someone was not doing their job. BEWARE of your food before eating it.
