Bought a burger in a lettuce wrap. Told the guy at the register all the way but no cheese. I ended up with a double covered in cheese. The cheese is not gluten free per their website. My dinner ended up being Cajun fries. Very disappointed for $57 dollars for 2 double burgers one with lettuce wrap. Two large fries. A drink and a shake. Lot of money for food I can't even eat. Gave mine to my boyfriend for lunch tomorrow.

I go to 5guys at least once a week just to get me a quick bite. This location is in the same plaza as the Starbucks, Tropical Smoothie, and Abby's Health store. Whenever I come in I am greeted right away. I usually order the same thing every time and then add a milkshake every once in awhile (peanut butter oreo to be exact lol) when I wanna over indulge. Although there is a little bit of a wait time I never mind it because I know my food is gonna be made fresh to order. I also like that I can watch them cook my food. My favorite part is when you order fries they dump additional fries in the bag : ) this always makes me happy because I usually like fries with a side of burger lol. Overall I would rate this location a 8/10 because the staff is super friendly, its always clean, never too busy, and always fresh and yummy!!!!

The first time I tried Five Guys made-to-order juicy burgers with fresh ingredients I was in Richmond, VA circa 2008. At the time, I thought wow these might be the best burgers ever! The same rings true today! Yesterday, I got my usual off the secret menu (the grilled cheese burger (add onions & lite Mayo) which I later learned is a viral TikTok order minus the added onions and Mayo. Needless to say, the secret menu item (grilled cheeseburger) that is now viral is still delicious! The cheese melts nicely & sticks to the foil once wrapped. The burgers are cooked to perfection. The bread is buttery with slightly crispy edges & the sandwich is a must try. But what's Five Guys without the fresh toppings? Calm down...you're still free to add whatever toppings you'd like, but I highly recommend on your first visit--just try it as is--grilled cheeseburger (no add on's). When you go back after tasting all that greatness, then and only then, should you add your fav toppings! Of course you don't have to take my word for it but if you do--your palate will thank me! Until next time Yelpmates!

We haven't been to Five Guys in a v very long time but wanted a burger and decided to stop in. The place was empty when we arrived so we were able to place our order right away. They seem to get alot off to go orders as while we were eating people came in to pick up. I got the cheeseburger minus the bun with lettuce, tomato and grilled onions. Hubs got the little cheeseburger and were shared a regular fry. Plenty of seating and the place is clean. Staff very polite. The burgers were great, not greasy. And the fries Omgosh there were so many lol. They were crispy goodness and we devoured everything!! Nom nom nom We will definitely be back!!

How is this place still in business? It's been a few years since I've been here...now I remember why. $25 for two "little" cheeseburgers, two drinks and a split order of fries. I don't think that there is a fast food Burger in existence that is worth that price. Things I noticed walking in... * Five Guys is down to only one guy holding down the fort. * The restaurant was 100% empty at lunch time. * No matter how hard I try, I cannot eat $25 of peanuts in one sitting. * The music was so loud that it was like a rock concert. Ironically, "It's The End of the World As We Know It" was what was blasting from the speakers (possibly a sign of the times). A quick check of the decibel level was 91, which is 6 decibels from being equivalent to being in a night club. Looking on the positive side, I like loud music. The food was fresh...and their fries are pretty tasty, so I guess they have that going for them. To be honest, I doubt I will be returning anytime soon. With gourmet burgers available almost everywhere, I can't justify the price when compared to their competition.

Delicious, but expensive! My fiancé and I went to the gasparilla knight parade on Saturday and required delicious burgers on Sunday. The burgers were great! We each ordered the junior bacon cheese burger, fully loaded. We split an order of fries, a soda and a chocolate shake. Our bill was $30!! $30 for counter service! I was shocked, to say the least. Needless to say, we will not be back anytime soon.

Great burgers but it's going to cost you at least $6-9 for the burger plus fries and drink so budget about 12 -15 per person.

That came with sweet potato fries. The fries were delish. They were cooked right with a sprinkle of salt. The turkey burger was juicy with the right bread. I should have ordered a second. We also had a pork empanada. I was surprised that the pork was not shredded. Instead it came i chunks but it worked! The meat was flavorful and the dough complimented the meat well. This was my first time and it definitely lived up to the hype. My only gripe was that it's a bit pricey. That being said, I will be eating there again!

Waffle Burger: I had mine without cheese, a unique quirk of mine, the patty was less dense and saltier, a contrast to the quality I'm used to. While the bottom half of the waffle was soggy, fell apart when picking it up, even an air fryer couldn't save it. I eat the rest and it was ok at best, overall was hoping for better. Fries: The fries were ok, nothing too special. Overall I'd give it a 2/5

And let me just say... they were SO good. I got the Nacho Burger, the dad went with the COVID-19 Vaccine Burger, and we shared the signature TNT Fries. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and really well put together. For the price, the quality was impressive. Our total came out to $67.93, and it was worth every penny. Seating is outdoors, but it's covered and they have fans set up to help with the heat. Unfortunately, we came right at 2pm and it was brutal outside , definitely made us wish we had taken it to go around that time . Still, the service was great and our waitress was super sweet, which made the experience a lot more pleasant despite the heat. If you're looking for a solid, satisfying burger from a food truck that doesn't cut corners this is the spot. Highly recommend!

It's a great spot and usually while in Downtown Tampa we walk over, it's across the street from Curtis Hixon Park and few museums. As stated, we normally go during lunch and always pretty dead. Sometimes it feels like a downtown burger secret - sooo if it is I never said a thing. It's offers a full bar, happy hour I'm sure, and I hear it's a popular spot for watching sports. Menu favorites include the "Pirate's Pick" burger, smash burgers, sweet potato fries, onion rings, and sooo much more. Staff is really attentive, always filling drinks and getting anything you need. I will admit the kitchen can be a bit slow, but the staff makes up for it. So if ever at Riverwalk, take a stroll for a great burger and fries and iced cold beer.

This is a good place for a big, Instagram-ready burger…read more My son really wanted to try TNT burger having heard about it from friends. We went, hoping to have a great burger and support a local business. They don't serve alcohol, and they only offer one flavor of milkshake (Nutella on the day we visited). You order at the counter if eating out, or the server will take your order from your table if you are dining in. There are only a few seats in the whole place, and the largest table is for 6. I ordered a nacho burger. My daughter ordered a side of fries and the quail eggs. My son ordered the COVID-19 burger. My husband ordered a classic cheeseburger with a side of fries. The food took a reasonable amount of time to come out. The server was running the cash register, taking orders, and delivering food, so the food came out one plate at a time in between his other work. My daughter's quail eggs were overboiled and served cold. She ate them all, but they were pretty blah. The fries were good. We only received one order, rather than the two. Not sure where the miscommunication was in the kitchen, the server was surprised and confused when we pointed it out when the check came. My burger was excellent. It was salty and crunchy and cooked to a medium as requested. My only complaint was that the bun was served cold. If you can't grill or toast it, at least steam it so it isn't cold? My main complaint is the price is closer to a real restaurant price, but the restaurant setting is more like a fast food place. I'm not sure that sitting in very uncomfortable seats while ordering from a folding paper menu justifies prices double that of Shake Shack or BurgerFi. The burgers were good, but I'd also like the ability to drink a beer with my burger, which I can do at Shake Shack or BurgerFi.
