I called the restaurant and spoke with a manager named **Bianca**, who told me to come back and said they would replace the order I kept my receipt, wrote down exactly what happened on it, and included Bianca's name. I finally returned to the restaurant today, **September 11, 2026, at approximately 1:00 PM**, expecting them to simply honor what their own manager had promised. Instead, the manager on duty told the employee at the counter to give me **two chicken tenders and NOT replace the meal**. **Are you serious?** This wasn't about getting something for free. **Your restaurant made a mistake. Your manager told me how it would be corrected. I kept the receipt and came back as instructed. Then your manager on duty decided not to honor that commitment.** That's not customer service. That's **cheap, stingy, and disrespectful**. If two chicken tenders are such a big deal that you're willing to argue with a customer and disregard what your own manager promised, then you've got a much bigger problem than an incorrect order. The manager on duty today was **unprofessional and handled the situation terribly**. There was absolutely no effort to make the situation right or leave the customer feeling valued. And let me be clear: **Raising Cane's has lost a customer over this.** I could be starving, drive right past a Raising Cane's, and **still choose somewhere else to eat**. That's how badly this experience has soured my opinion of the company.
