Order that is clearly not labeled for Jonathan.

Let me preface this with the fact that I love Jersey Mike ever since I had my first club sun at ECU in the 90's and routinely have a thousand plus shore points. Today has tarnished that feeling. I ordered delivery through the JM app as I am home sick and JM was the desired comfort food. The wrong order was dropped off. As it is through the JM app, I have no contact info for anyone but the JM store. I called to get it fixed and am told I have to bring the wrong order that was dropped off to the store to do anything. I again advised that I could not as I was sick and that is why I ordered delivery. The manager advised it was doordash's problem and they had to refund (for which they had no payment info as it was through JM app). 30+ minutes of phone calls with the store and general DoorDash, the store telling DoorDash to go through customer service, I still have no sun and no refund with a tarnished opinion of JM that has been built over 20+ years and multiple states. Food is still good, but go in store or they will not stand by their service levels.

Delicious and fresh! I ordered a GIANT #7 provolone and turkey, added bacon, cherry pepper relish and jalapeño. I love the way the cut it in 4 sections. I have NO complaints.

Bring the big pocketbooks to this joint boys and girls! I literally said "holy cow" out loud when the young lady told me $30 bucks for two sandwich meals. The "regular" size looked like a six inch, girly got that. I'm a growing boy so I got the "giant".. I can't figure out the size difference because that thing was a monster! Their size differences remind me of Goldilocks and The Three Bears.. this ones too small, this ones too big, but the problem is that there is no just right. I made a huge error getting the oil/vinegar, the vinegar blew my hair back it was so tart. I scraped everything off and just ate the meat/cheese/bread. The establishment was clean and pretty, but I just couldn't enjoy the food while I was dwelling on the $30 bucks I would never get back. Maybe we were just in grumpy moods or something. We had never been to a Jersey Mikes and kept saying we wanted to try it.. I'm sure others like this place, but it is just not for me and girly.

I bought a giant sandwich tonight and this is what my 2nd half look like. All I got to wtf. 37.00 purchase to get oy 1/2 a sandwich. .

Paid for a 2 giant sandwich and I got my 2nd half too only get RIP off on the 2nd half. Won't be going back. I know you ar asking this same thing I am "where's the beef". WTF I'm just saying that is so heartbreaking I love these sandwiches. I guess back to Philadelphia Cold Cuts. Sharon

Now this is what i was missing in my life. Jersey Mikes Subs. Now i am still very partial to our local Boston establishment called chacarero for my best and fav sandwich but Jersey mikes really did a good job. Lets get the bad part and the 2 missed out star of the way and that was for the bad employee who made my sub and took the order. He was angry at people coming in 1/2 hr before closing time and he was tired. He made my sub very badly and used produce that was bottom of pan in the juices like the tomatoes when the other good employee already bought out a fresh pan filled with nice looking slice tomatoes. So totally ruined the whole experience now the food part. I got a Philly chicken cheese sub on a giant size roll which was i believe 16 inches with cheese. I had it done the jersey mike's way which is oil, vinegar and oregano with all the regular sandwich veggies. Man the jersey way is the way to go and you have to ask for it since some sub dont come default with it but ask as it is worth it. The bread was very good and the meat and cheese were pretty good. We were in a hurry i downed it like crazy but boy oh boy it was good but i felt there was not enough chicken on the sub and have a feeling the guy was pissed to he left out the qty of chicken that actually should be in there well none the less i loved it but unfortunately the customer service experience really dampened the mood as this sub could have been even better. From now on even my homemade sandwich is all jersey mike way..

    Super sub, Mike's way

The woman at the counter was very helpful and nice, explaining things to us. He decided on a cheesesteak and I got a veggie, and we got fries to split between us. Food came to us in roughly 15 minutes. In the meantime we sat and drank our teas. He got it unsweetened, while I got the sweet. Their tea is actually quite nice, although it is sweet, it's not like super sweet, you can taste the black tea on the back of your throat at the end a little. As far as food goes, it was pretty good. I like the fact that there were different types of cheeses on the veggie, and you could choose between it being hot or cold, I got cold. The bread is squishy and soft, which can be nice, but I wanted a more sturdier bread. Next time, I'll ask for it to be toasted. I'm also a person who likes mayo and mustard on it, but instead I just had their oil and vinegar, which I didn't enjoy as much. It was a little drippy because of it, but it didn't get soggy, and didn't make too much of a mess. Their fries were really good though. Nicely seasoned, and had a good crisp to them on the outside while the inside was soft. I ate them without ketchup, but they do have some on the tables if you like them like that. My dad really enjoyed his cheesesteak, and after having a bite, I can see why. The meat is tender and flavorful, nicely shredded so it just melts in your mouth. Nothing chewy about it. One of the best cheesesteaks I've ever had, even though it was only my second time. He also thought the bread could be more sturdy, but other than that it was great! Our total for everything was a little over $20 including tip. Definitely will be back to try more sometime!

It was extremely easy to see what meals were available on-line, order, and have delivered. My credit card was always charged correctly and I was never let down by the meals or delivery service. Since Foodies is very near to me, I started shopping in house. Over time there have been many positive additions to their in-house menu selection. There is a delicious breakfast and lunch menu offered for in-house dinning or take out. When I stopped in the store today, I saw complete meals in one container. Previously, I purchased each item a la carte in-house. I'm extremely pleased with this new menu selection. Pasta, fish, meat, chicken, etc. as primary meal selection with sides. The chef's and staff are very open to suggestions for sides as well as main entrees. There is fresh sliced bread (large package), cookies, brownies, a nice variety of cakes and pies, pizzas, a good variety of drinks - no alcohol, fresh made cold cuts, a tasty selection of a la carte meals and sides, and now the new addition of complete meals in one container. The sides include, sweet potatoes, rice, grilled vegetables, mashed potatoes, and much more. So it was never an issue with selecting a main entree with sides; however, it is so much easier to purchase a complete meal because my main focus has always been on the entree and not the sides. There are dinnig tables as well as contemporary chairs to to sit while waiting for your order. There is also a private dinning area for larger parties. Located in a strip mall area off Lynnhaven Blvd, parking is normally sufficient; however, I would avoid Saturday mornings as there are many other activities going on at this time. There is much to this location. Cooking classes, catering, personal chef, and so much more to purchasing breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The staff is awesome in all respects. If you are looking for a healty meal for yourself, need to pick-up something to feed the family on the way home, need a unique/healthy party tray, catered event, or just want to sit back to enjoy breakfast or lunch - this is the place. I most strongly suggest you check out their web site. I'm positive they are able to meet your meal requirements for you, your family, your office, or your corporations.

Did I enjoy a sandwich that goes down in my rankings as number 2 of all time favorite sandwiches and take a picture of it to share? I hella did :) After a not so easy decision was made from a menu that any choice would not have been a bad one, pictured here is the sandwich I went with called "The Bourdain". It came with delicious in-house made pickles and chips. Lots of the ingredients used are made in house, including most of their meats. They have big variety of local products for sale as well as a la carte items that would easily make an easy lunch or dinner. Or snack, I don't judge. LOL Food price point was extremely reasonable for the quality of the food and stellar customer service received. I'll definitely be going back again either for food or a cooking class! Thanks Foodies!

Our thoughts: Service: there was a breakdown in communication we requested to be seated outside and no one was assigned to take our order. So we had to go fetch someone to be serviced. They apologized. We were waiting to receive a steak knife to cut our fried chicken they forgot to bring that. Our server was very informative when asked about the restaurant concept and menu. She and the person she was training were very friendly. Food: we applaud the concept and the risk to infuse various cultures into the menu. Portion size for a $5 side of home fries was disappointing we are thinking it was maybe a half of a potato. The menu is diverse and the price point isn't bad. Ambiance: ok, we sat outside. We liked the diversity of customers coming in. Unfortunately this is a one and done for us and not because we are visiting just because we are food critics and know what we like.

I also enjoyed the green sauce provided, though the food was flavorful enough on its own. My only minor suggestion is for the staff to ask guests whether they prefer white or dark meat when ordering. The food is delicious -- from the perfectly seasoned rotisserie chicken to the sides: yuca fries, peruvian corn salad, potatoes that taste homemade. The chicken is juicy, tender, and full of flavor, especially the dark meat, though fair warning: it can take a bit longer to come out if you order that. What really stood out was the fact that it was a one-man show -- the same person was the cook, cashier, server, and everything in between. You could tell he was working hard and looked exhausted, but he still managed to get everything done with a calm demeanor and a fairly steady attitude. Patience is key here, as food is made to order and may take time depending on what you choose. But trust me, the taste is worth the wait.
