Thursday, 4/23/26. Right before they closed, I had some issues getting my order straightened out on Doordash. The girl that answered the phone and the Manager we're both very polite and professional. They really took the time at the end of their shift to make sure I was good before Doordash left their store. Honestly, it was even late enough to let the phone just keep ringing, because no orders we're possible at that point. Shout out to you two fine employees! I have a lot of food allergies and most places have no idea what is in their food - or even know what kind of oil they use. So I rarely go out for pre-made food at all, so me even stepping inside this restaurant was big. Dayvon G and the rest of the staff were so attentive to my allergies. They were fantastic. The people at this place greet you the way Moe's employees were supposed to be greeting you. Not only that, they started asking for our preferences before we even got to the counter. Prices have gone up a bit, but the quality is generally still there. My order of fries wasn't as crispy and well done as I've had at other Five Guys, but still good to eat. Expected more from Five Guys since we have been to other locations and food was great. This location however was not up to par to say the least. We ordered our regular burger and fries & I got a diet soda(my concoction lol) & my son got an Oreo milkshake--all to go. First let me say the guy who took our order was friendly and patient. The rest of the staff were literally standing around doing nothing. Yes, the place was empty except for the occasional stragglers coming in but to see staff standing around when they could have found something to clean or refill etc. That didn't leave a good impression to begin with but we waited for our order none the less. We received our order and got in the car to find out the fries were cold! How could this happen if they weren't busy and I can't imagine we were served fries which had been sitting for a while and not cooked fresh? We then checked the burgers and they were just Ok. So food quality for this location is 1/5! Now to the prices-this location was the highest priced location I have been too & frankly worst food of all locations. I paid more here for 2 of the smallest burgers and fries than I have paid at a decent restaurant for same items!! Overall impression is not great! Food was not good and overpriced! Save your money and go somewhere else. 2/5 overall & that's being generous. Thank you to the man taking orders-the rest need training on time management and food prep. Much better experience on this visit. Stopped in for dinner and, again, opted for curbside pickup. This time my online (app) order was to my vehicle it about 8 minutes! The employee was friendly and courteous the food was hot and perfectly cooked. A major turn around from my last visit. Very happy with this experience and will return. Free toppings! That is what keeps me coming back. If you haven't been to a five guys - expect a greasy burger with whatever toppings you want at no additional charge served up fast. Its a flat fast food style burger, but of higher quality meat. You won't feel great after eating one, but it is leaps and bounds better than the stuff you find at mcdonalds... but still - anyone who labels this a "fresh" burger needs to find a real burger place. A "regular" is two burgers - a small is one just as an FYI. The fries you will get are greasy, and served in a very large quantity regardless of the size. If you're with three people, split a large, its more than enough. Thats pretty much what you'll get there. Sure, there are some other options, but I've never seen anyone order them. You can also nosh on some free peanuts while you wait - but I question the cleanliness of them... The cool thing is - if you like five guys - they are really all the same, so enjoy! My complaint is really the price point. For 13 bucks you get a small (single patty) burger, a small (very large small) order of fries and a drink. This should be closer to 10 bucks for what you get... or maybe even reduce the amount of fries to drop the price a bit. Also - the grease. I was starting my weekend trip, and I had the munchies. I remembered the delicious burger I had in DC once, and it was a Five Guys burger. So I consulted my Yelp app, and found this location. I drove into the plaza, parked, and walked right on in. The place was not too packed, and had no line. I walked up and ordered a cheeseburger with an array of veggies. I made sure to include jalapenos. I rounded the meal off with an order of cajun fries and a drink. The burger was fantastic, and the cajun fries were amazing. I just had water to drink, as I quit soda a long time ago. The service was relatively quick, and the food matched all my expectations. I was very disappointed tonight. We waited 15 minutes for our food, and there was only one order ahead of ours. The fries were overcooked and the meat was undercooked. The bun was borderline stale, and they forgot my bacon. I confirmed my order, that I ordered a LBC. They gave my my crumbled bacon in some foil. We were very disappointed j ted tonight. The team working was more concerned about what they were talking about, then concentrating on orders. This place is always good - great staff, great food and NOW....THEY HAVE GREAT MILKSHAKES TOO! I took my nephew here the other day for a celebratory lunch. He had the regular burger and I had the one that's considered a kids' burger...but it's always more than enough for me. He doesn't like to add a lot of toppings, etc. but I tend to go down the list and add fun things on by burger. The cashier is always very patient with this. The order is usually ready pretty quickly and we NEVER order a large fry anymore ...because they put plenty in the regular and we don't want to overdo it - especially now that they have milkshakes to add to the order lol. The burger and fries are very good. Unfortunately, my first and only time I have been there the manager had a nasty attitude, and that alone ruined the experience for my husband and I. The price was okay. I have been meaning to go back because I really liked the food. But just to remember the service it makes me think twice. She was yelling to her staff and when we said we didn't keep our receipt with our number and we didn't know what number we were she gave us an attitude and delayed our order. So I might come back so I can try their milkshake. I will go and pray for her not to be there. I am pregnant so all I crave for right now are milkshakes. The rest of the staff was friendly and the cashier helped us with our order. The ambience of the place is fun. It has like a amusement park vibe, and its very family friendly. I don't remember if there was music ,to be honest is a loud place. I didn't not get the chance to go to the bathroom since we were taking it to go, but its always good to check and see how clean the place really is.. Not efficient in preparing food for online orders. If they can't understand the name who placed the order, they just go about their business and let you stand around. It took me several times to approach the people at the counter, and I showed them my order from my phone for them to figure about my order. It took me about 25 minutes of waiting in the store. I think they deliberately do not pay close attention to your order if you don't put any tip for online ordering. For orders to go, there should be no requirement to tip. For dine-in, I can understand that. I am sorry to say, but I think these batch of workers around 7p were mostly dragging their feet. Not eager to serve customers, but to be served. read more

If you're looking for a cheat meal of burgers, fries, and milkshakes... this is the place! Excellent and fresh! The fries are fresh cut. The burgers are cooked to order in front of you. It will take a few minutes for your food to be ready, so fill up your drink, grab some peanuts, and take a seat. Despite the potential for big messes due to the peanuts, they keep up on sweeping. The only drawbacks of this place: Not a single healthy item. No kids sizes (even the small burger is huge). No splenda. Not having splenda is how I judge a place! I recently went to this location because I was looking for a quick bite and wanted something other than McDonald's. Came to five guys cause who doesn't like a good burger. I got there and was immediatly surprised by the price, it's been a while since I've last visited any five guys but I was not expecting to pay almost $9 for just a cheeseburger. I ordered anyway against my better judgement. The wait was fine (about 5min) but when I was handed the bag I noticed the burger wasn't warm to the touch. I dug in and the burger was at best slightly warm, it didn't taste hot off the grill. It tasted fine overall but between the price and the temperature I likely won't be back. read more

Service is terrible the cashier decided to take her time on the phone in the middle of our order. We asked for 3 shakes and not only did they take forever with our shakes 2/3 shakes tasted horrible. WARNING! Your burger will most likely come apart, regardless of what you put on it. Two beef patties(One for a "little") with the cheese immaculately melted across and in between. I've eaten here many, many times. The food is simple yet solid. Wish they had the option of something other than just American cheese on your burger or hot dog and that all burgers weren't well done. Some of us like a nice medium to medium rare. Beyond that, the service is friendly and fast, prices are OK for what you get. They have some of the best tasting fries but wish they weren't cut so small. Hot dogs are juicy and the bacon on the cheese dog is very crispy. They need to have an option for a foot long dog though. Don't get me wrong this is a great place, I just think its a little hard to believe it should be considered the "fine dining of the fast food burger." as they like to put it. It's always hard to write a review for a chain. We all know how it's going to be, unless you've never had them before. But, that being said, when it comes to eating fast food burgers, you're going to want to lean towards this rather than a restaurant with a window in the side of the building. At least you know here the potatoes started out the day as whole spuds and the beef comes from one animal, rather than being tossed around in a vat and combines. Yum. Not a healthy choice, and you know this when you walk in the door and nearly slide around because the grease basically permeates everything. This Five Guys is a decent location to eat at. The prices here are not too bad, and the food is very good. My burger seemed a little smaller than I remembered but was delicious. Of course the amount of fries was over the top, even for the smallest size. Two people could easily share a regular fry making the each person price a better deal when dining with someone. As far as a good, fast food burger goes: you want Five Guys. Five Guys presents a menu of what local farm your beef comes from. You can tailor your burger to your desires every time. This is not a cheap place though for a fast food burger. You might walk out with two burgers and a small fry and be spending $20+. However, it is worth it. The burger will be of good quality. They do burgers and fries. That's it. Nothing else is on their menu. Around the corner is Z Burger. If you are debating between these two places for burgers the big difference is this: Five Guys presents an excellent burger that is heavy and loaded with glorious extras. Z Burger offer turkey burgers, veggie burgers and has a "sides" and milkshake menu that amazingly extensive which are very good. Five guys does Burgers and Fries. Nothing else. If you have a pescatarian or vegetarian friend with you go to Z burger. If not, pick Five Guys over Z Burger. Five Guys makes a better burger. Z Burger will give you more variety for a wider range of customers. read more

My friend doesn't eat cheese, but 50 percent of the time, it has cheese on them. 10 percent of the time, the fries are somehow soggy even though they are cooked fresh. Yum! I love Five Guys. I read somewhere that it's one of the fastest growing fast food places and for good reason. I love how many toppings you can get on your burger (for free) and I always get the cajun fries. My go-to burger is the little bacon cheeseburger with jalepenos (fresh, not pickled), A1 sauce, grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, and pickles. I also like how they offer malt vinegar to sprinkle on the french fries - especially because the fries here are stubby and thick-cut. However, since it's a chain restaurant, these aren't qualities specific to this location. For a more "personalized" review, I'd say that this particular location is okay. It's in a convenient location - surrounded by Target and Best Buy and Lowes, so you can grab food while you're running errands. Seems like at the moment, the entire place is being staffed by teenage boys who are most likely on summer break. They were relatively attentive and my burger was made well. read more
