Stopped by Chic-Fil-A with my son for some favorite chicken. The line was long but it moved quickly. This company really knows how to handle the crowds and keep things running smoothly. I have to say I give them a 5/5 here, they have a good system in place. Food was delicious but we didn't get any napkins...boo. You can't properly eat good fried chicken or tenders without getting a little bit messy or your just not doing it right! 5/5 for food taste and options available. The biggest problem is the drive through lanes and then getting back out of the shopping center. First the drive thru lanes begin as 2 then merge into 1. This is sometimes tricky when people don't listen to what vehicle the attendant told them to follow. Not the restaurant's fault of course. Then there's the issue of getting out of the parking lot. There's construction or something blocking the normal route for exit. Now you have to go around the Valvoline, garage and not interfere with their business. Just need to get an exit lane designated. I do recommend this location. It is usually clean inside and out. 4/5 overall rating. read more

Meh. Don't come to this location unless it's later in the evening and no line. I went at 3:50 pm and as the drive thru line split between Line 1 and Line 2, I moved over to Line 2. The car behind me wisely chose Line 1. For every 2-3 cars moving in Line 1, we moved one car. I have no idea why our line barely moved, but after 15 minutes I finally got up to the point of being able to tell the workers outside I had a mobile order. There didn't seem to be the normal fluidity of organizing the cars after the order is placed. Finally got to the window only to be almost handed someone else's food. No sir, I am not Bill. This is not the first time I've made the mistake of coming here when it's busy. I'm so used to chickfilas handling chaos like a boss that it doesn't phase me to see a lot of cars. I don't go to Chick-fil-a often but when I do I usually get the same meal, chicken sandwich meal. And I always get a brownie. I went through the drive through and my sandwich was wrong I asked for no cheese or pickles and my brownie wasn't even ordered. So I went inside and to get my sandwich corrected and they still put pickles on my sandwich which I just took off but still tasted on my sandwich and I personally HATE pickles and gave me a cookie instead of a brownie. I'm so pissed I've never had this problem with any other location. Don't waste your time with the frustration. The girls at the counter were so nice and helpful I think she was training the other girl but as far as the people outside and the people preparing the order they need to do better! read more

I really love this chick-fil-a, they genuinely care about their customers and they are ALWAYS busy. With the new renovations, it helped make the drive through way quicker. My only downfall is sometimes using the mobile order, if you get to specific on it, there's a good chance they mess up. I've had a couple of issues with them paying attention to detail. However they always correct it and make things better. Would I recommend this one? Of course! Would this fast food place be one of my first choices? No, but my co workers are obsessed and buy me food for picking it up so I go normally 2-3 a week for lunch.v read more

The food quality is fine, the staff is over all nice. But I have never had a chick-fil-a tell me they will not do a pup cup. Especially on a dog's birthday I think this defeats the purpose of the mission statement "To be America's best quick-service restaurant at winning and keeping customers." First chick Fil-a we've been to that hasn't been completely friendly. The person that took our order never smiled, never greeted us and was very short answering us. I can't get over the lines at every location but no matter the length the line moves quickly. I went here today during lunch and the double line was out to the Main Street. Less than 10 mins later I had my spicy chicken sandwich and was ready to enter shangri-la. OMG!!! The busier the better. The sandwich was perfect. Steamed bun and super hot and fresh chicken filet. Their food is high quality, yummy and consistent across locations, and they offer healthier options than most places too. I stopped in today for a large catering order and, even though the drive through was lined up around the building and the lobby was packed I still had my large order in 10 minutes. So good...JUST SO GOOD. I've been a fan of Chik-fil-a since my first bite of their signature sandwich 30 years ago. Since there aren't any where I live I tend to break my cardinal rule of travel and I will eat at THIS fast food joint when I'm away. The odd thing is, my kids had never eaten at a Chik-fil-a before we stopped in here. This isn't the greatest one I've been to, but the food was still great. My daughter had the chicken fingers and I think there was a tear in her eye as she licked every last taste off her own fingers. My standard Chik-fil-a sandwich and waffle fries were incredible as always. We both also got chocolate shakes...and if you've ever had one, you KNOW how good they are... Service here was a bit slow, which was annoying because we were in a rush, but the food was as good as ever, so I won't kill them on it. read more

Not a Chik fil A virgin anymore! My first experience and I'm hooked. Love the spicy sandwich, love the green super food salad! The lime avocado dressing was to die for. They had fresh flowers at every table, mouthwash dispensers in the bathroom, plus the sticky table mats were a great idea. They even offer substitutes if u did want the fries w the meal. I go to chick-fil-a almost 2x a week during the breakfast hours all over Maryland and surrounding states. When i came to this location to get the 8ct Nugget meal and substitute hash browns for fries. I was told they cant do it and its not allowed. I literally do this at every chick fil a without a problem at all. so instead i'm going to Panera bread next door because i can get what i want and not have to fight with the service. Ans they're parking lot is so stupid. why would you have to drive around the building to get to drive thru and then after you get your food youndrive around AGAIN to leave ! took me 5 minutes to leave parking lot after leaving from this horrible establishment... read more

The food quality is what you'd expect from a standard CFA, and the condiments/napkins stations are always well-stocked and quite clean for a fast food joint. Cool I'm eating my food inside anyways and the coffee is for the road. I finish my food, and I haven't received my coffee yet. Stood at the side counter for six long minutes before I had to grab someone's attention to ask about my coffee. That person goes in the back and come back out to tell me they're just now brewing the coffee and it will be another five minutes. Com'on Chick Fil A! You're better than this! read more

Great remodel!! I visited this location this morning with my toddlers and was pleasantly surprised to find a really nice play area for the kids! Food was good, and the staff is just so super nice and upbeat! the service here has really gone down for the past few months. the main staff changed or something because everyone who takes the order literally looks like they hate their life and it just doesn't make it a good experience. they always give an attitude too like seriously it's been a different person each time but they always give an attitude. where's the good customer service this location used to have? also the past three times i went this month was not a good experience as well but i gave it another try today because i wanted a frosted coffee after a long day. literally lol... do you guys not clean up the cup before putting it into carriers? like that's absolutely disgusting. it was literally leaking under the carrier onto my car mat and once i put it down onto my cup holder there was so much liquid that i had to rush to put tissues under it. this isn't the first time that my frosted coffee and milkshake cups haven't been cleaned and wiped too but it's the first time it's been this disgusting. i personally don't understand why no one even saw it or noticed it because i literally had someone bring it to my car and they can't spare 2 seconds to wipe something off? lol it wasn't even that busy. this location needs to revert to how it was before. read more

I'm not one who's a regular at Chick-fil-a, but I've been to this location quite a few times. My order has been messed up twice and another they didn't have eggs ready. I had to pull into the side and wait until someone brought out the sandwich. My low rating isn't even all about the order accuracy but about the quality and taste. Initially I thought it was a fluke, but all of the cheese on the breakfast sandwiches I've gotten has been partially cold, unmelted and kinda gross. read more

The chicken strips aren't coated properly, so they are not crispy, fries aren't salted enough, the half and half is watery, the mac and cheese is bleh. Won't visit this location again. read more

This Chick-Fil-A always has a crazy line wrapped around the drive-thru, but they do an excellent job of keeping the line moving. During their lunch rush, an employee will stand outside and take your order before you get to the ordering screen to lessen your wait time. I like Chik-fil-As and I've been to enough of them that they're all good. The food is good, pretty much everything I get is good, because waffle fries can come with everything. The service is always friendly and that's for every place I've been to. The same can be said of here, I've never had a bad experience on the rare times I do stop here, whether it's super busy or super quiet. In fact, the last time I was there no less than 3 employees came by to ask if everything was okay and they even cleared out trays. I wanted to get a refill before heading out but that was handled by the last person who came by to offer us a refill. You're basically getting table service here for the price of fast food. read more
