Five Points Car Wash goes out of their way to ensure you are satisfied with their work. Sure sometimes there is a bit of a wait but they are the best in Ventura. Recently we had both of our cars washed and spray waxed and the owner and his son came over to inspect the final product. Upon inspection the owner noticed I had some imperfections in the paint (its black) on my Boxster and offered to try to correct them. He not only corrected that mark but was able to get some oxidation marks that had been embedded in my paint for years without charging extra. I take all of our cars there and highly recommend them if you care about keeping your cars looking like new! read more

I took our car to five points on Monday 08/07/23. The car sits low to the ground. Apparently, the person lining up the car to go through the wash didn't get it right. The plastic protective shield underneath the car was ripped apart. You would think that the management would have let me know-not!! I drove to work the next day in Santa Barbara. What a awe full noise. This is the last straw with them. Quality and service have gone downhill while the price keeps going up. I now pay the same price for a mobile detailing service to a better job. read more

Dissatisfied. My first time trying out this car wash place , I heard some really good things about it . I paid 70.00 dollars for inside and out plus headlights. Outside was great, but inside , terrible job. It almost looked untouched . Like if I wanted thar type of job, I could vacuumed and cleaned the inside myself and did a better job. So it goes like this: Five Points Car Wash used to do an excellent job unfortunately this is no longer the case. I'm not basing this on a one and done, The first time I took my SUV in there were dirt streaks left on the top and along the rocker panels. Second time I took in the little car, again dirty streaks on the glass as well as a half a$$ed vacuum job. Third time is the charm SUV again dirt streaks on the top as well as water spots left on the glass. And now I'm done... Like I said the place used to be consistently good. read more

Wow! This place has really gone down. Prices have risen and the washes I get each time are worse and worse. I won't be going back after this last time. I got a $20 wash and interior vacuum. I went to have my car washed this morning which is a rare occasion for me due to the expense of it it is a new car whoever dried the back of my car broke one of the hydraulic lifts for the tailgate and of course there's no way to prove this I called the manager and he said he doesn't know what I'm talking about, of course he doesn't know. You pull up and the first station is where you place your cleaning order and where they vacuum the interior. You then leave the car with them as it begins the cleaning process. After the wash, a worker brings the car to the drying area and there is where all the cleaning magic happens. Inside, you pay for your car wash. Inside the store they have a few arcade games, massage chairs (you need to pay for) and cute little gifts plus good food and drinks. There's an outdoor and indoor area with TVs. We paid $39.99 for our wash today. This was the top of the top Special #1. It includes everything, interior TLC! W drove away feeling like we just bought a brand new car.
