I am fucking livid I went to this place to get an interior mobile detail and told them specific interior only and not to wash the vinyl wrap in the drive thru car wash, I even called ahead and spoke to them on the phone to get a quote for an interior only wash, and then they played the whole No English card when I confronted them because obviously they used the wash . Funny how that works out. I showed him the receipt he gave me where he had clearly marked "interior wash only". Now my custom wrap has fingerprint all over it from the shiny stuff they spray inside the cars, and the vinyl has cracked in three spots. My decal peeled off. My seatbelts are soaking wet. Anyone who owns a car as expensive as mine knows you only hand wash vinyl. The dumbass goes oh I thought it was paint. He said he had been cleaning cars for 35 years. Well then You think he would have known better. Will be seeing them in court I already contacted a civil property attorney and paid my retainer. read more

My toddler threw an entire pouch in our car on the way to school and I stopped here to ask about a cleaning and while they they mentioned their full detailing package for $189 I mentioned I didn't have enough time to wait for 2 hours so they recommended their more basic full cleaning for $60 and only a half hour wait time. So today as being the first day of the year, I came to Five Points Car Wash to get my car washed. It was dirty on the outside due to the rains we had this week. I pulled up and and waiting my turn to tell the man what service I wanted, another car pulled up after me and he helped her first. I know God was with me because I was so ready to be mad I just waited. I told the man what service and I walked in grabbed a bottle of water, and went to pay. The lady that was offered her service before mine was ahead of me and she was upset with herself because she forgot her debit card. So I knew God wanted me to be the person I am and I paid for her service and gave her $5 to give the young man who dried and cleaned her car. I could have been angry and it was better for me and the young lady I wasn't. So be patient and know we are all human. I received bonus points and the man who I paid up front knew that I have been coming here for over 20 years. This place pissed me off enough to write a review. Really bummed out I paid $50 to have the exterior and interior "cleaned." For the most part my car looks better than it did going in but theres plenty of stains that are in plane sight that I can remove by licking my finger and wiping it off. I also have a little wax from my surfboard that was lightly caked on the top of my car. You can clearly tell no one attempted to clean it off. Its not like its stuck on there.... I took my finger nail and was able to scrape it off just fine. Was really looking forward to being able to see through a clean windshield but I guess I have to do that myself since its still smudged and blurry. Only thing I'm happy about is one of the workers accidentally left a tire pressure checker in my car so at least I got a free gift! read more

I was very exited to try this place out after reading the reviews but honestly it was a disappointment. I got home and the car was still very dirty. I will have to stick to washing my own car. I called ahead of time to let them know a buddy threw up in my car but I needed detailing on the parts I was unable to fully clean off. They said they can do it. My car looks about the same as before. Outside looks great but the interior still really needs work. 70 plus tip, didn't think they wouldn't have detailed since they detail cars for a living...dollars down the drain. They should re-name this place the "5 Points and 90 Minutes" car wash. It's been 2 years since I've been outta here in less than and hour and a half. They do a nice job and they're the best in the area--but damn, they're slow. Yes they're busy, yes, they're thorough...I get that. And I don't have any answers for the problem, except avoid the place on the weekends, if you can. I can't, gotta work in L.A., and I prefer to spend my money locally. So--how about the rest of you people--the ones with spare time during the week--get your damn cars washed during the week, so I can get outta here in a reasonable amount of time? I went here yesterday for the first time. Got the $22 package. I was not expecting high end detailing, I just wanted the interior cleaned up more than anything else. My car was a huge mess inside. It had a lot of sand from multiple beach visits, it had old popcorn that came from a broken bag and spread everywhere, it was dusty, it had grease and grime from mechanics climbing in and out of it...I was not expecting a miracle. Well, these guys did a phenomenal job. Was it 100 % perfect? No, but it was pretty close. FAR cleaner than I hoped for. I was so impressed, I tipped almost 100 % to the vacuum guy and the guy at the end. No one was pushy, and both were thankful for the tip. I'm really impressed they took the disaster that was my car interior and made it look wonderful. I will go back in the future read more
