Went here a few weeks ago for a gas can. Went in again today to get two car keys cut. I told them I have the keys and I know someone who can program them. I just need them cut. They told me they won't cut keys unless I buy them from ACE because "they don't want the responsibility of cutting a key they didn't sell me" and then they said "we can't program keys either." I repeated myself that I don't care that they can't program them because I can get them programmed elsewhere. Still no help. I asked where I can get my keys cut and the staff member said "I'm sure there's a locksmith in Milford." The staff is rude and useless and the prices are pretty steep. Save yourself the time, money, and sanity. Go somewhere else.

I specifically came to this store as they are the only store in the area that sells lumberjack wood pellets for barbecue smokers. These are some of the best pellets you can buy and if you are serious about how you do your barbecue, they are one of only two pellet brands I use with the other one being bear Mountain. The price was cheap in my mind, $10 for 20 lbs, with a nice selection of pellets to choose from. The only other option to get these pellets in our area is buy Internet purchase for a SIGNIFICANTLY more money! Prices are comparable to HD and overall it's just a nicer more personal experience here. The screens the owner worked on for us turned out really nicely with a snap fit. I often buy water softener salt from here as well as top soil in the summer. I get anxiety from large, over crowded stores. Here I can run in and pay for the items and have my husband load the items. Clean store and staff interaction is helpful and friendly. I always go here over Home Depot for items I know they'll have. It just makes life easier!

The people here are so friendly and super helpful. I recently found out they have a personalizing engraving machine that you can use on miscellaneous gifts like cutting boards and Yeti drink ware. So we came here to get a couple Yeti items. We found some light lavender cups, one small high ball for coffee and one large tumbler for water and had the best time customizing them. You can do pictures and words and even import your own images and each item took only a few minutes to engrave. So adorable. It was also very reasonably priced and you can even bring your own to get personalized, you do not have to buy it there. They also have a nice variety of BBQ's and even pizza ovens. They even demoed the pizza the other day, it looked and smelled spectacular. This place is located in a very convenient area, easy to get in and out. I love shopping here.
