This place was horrible. Week one to fix hub assembly and cv joint. Pick up Fri 5/31 about 5:20pm. They close at 6. Approx 8-10 ml driving the hub and clamp come off. Was told by owner Robert they cut the strut to short. Barely made it home. Sat they tow to shop sat next morning. Few days later it's ready. Owner Robert tells me I also have problems on right side. He and I drove my car. He says, do you hear that? Told him yes I'm getting brakes done when I leave here. Think he thought I wouldn't know. I'm angry they've had my car two weekends in a row for this work. But even though feels like my car is falling apart on hwy 146, I'm not supposed to be angry. Drove a rental car then from sat 6/1 to Thurs 6/6. Stop to wash it. Look under car to clean and they didn't bolt the encasement. So now I'm angry again and call. A guy Bill was so rude. Told me he doesn't have a crystal ball. When I get there young guy white baseball cap sends me to garage. Bill tells me he talks straight forward. I pointed and told him he's just straight rude. Believe this. He put both fists up to fight me. Robert the owner walks between us and throws me out, tells me not to come back. Had all these serious problems and took them 8-10 days but I'm not to get mad. Yet their demeanor is rude on its own. Went to Texas city police. He ask me twice if Bill put his hands on me or touched me in any way. But he didn't he put his fist up in my face to fight. Shocking like a crazy person. He's the one that only has one eye..Robert owner to cover his poor behavior told me I was not nice to Amanda office clerk. I have my text and was very polite to her. My work should have been guaranteed for 90 days and parts one year. May take them to small claims court. Beware people especially women.
