Drove my Tesla into some high-water at speed and ripped the plastic "skid-plate" plastic cover off the bottom and it was hanging down and dragging. I pulled into the first place I saw. These guys were so nice and helpful. They were able to button it all back up until I can order the new plastic cover, preventing further damage. Will definitely come back to them for the final repair. They didn't even charge me, definitely made a crappy-stormy-day into a brighter one for me at least! Thanks to Sam (Manager) and the guys who took extra care with my very low car getting on/off the lift. "Fixed" car left me stranded on highway the day after paying $1300 for repairs, their response was "we fixed the wrong thing, it will be another $2,000 at least to repair properly" I cannot emphasize how much you should avoid this place especially if you're looking for honest car repair service in an emergency situation. Long story short, I had my car towed there after the check oil light came on unexpectedly on a Saturday. They diagnosed the issue as the fuel injectors not sealing causing gas to mix in the oil tank. They said they needed to replace the fuel injectors, change the fuel filter and perform two oil changes to clean out the oil tank. The total cost would be about $1300. That was a bit high but overall an acceptable price for that amount of work. It took about 5 days to complete the repair. I picked up the "repaired" car on the evening of the 5th day and drove it to work the next morning and noticed the acceleration felt a little sluggish, but I just assumed that it was due to the repairs. However, as soon as I started to drive home the car started accelerating extremely sluggishly and then suddenly would not go over 30 MPH on the highway in rush hour traffic. I managed to limp to a gas station and called them. They apologized for the car not working and said they were immediately sending out their tow truck to get the car and that they would take care of the issue. At first I thought they were providing excellent service and that they were going to follow through on making sure the repair I already paid $1300.00 for the day before was actually repaired. The next morning I get a call from them telling me that sorry, but actually the issue was the catalytic converter, and that they were going to need another $2000 to even start to repair it. At this point I no longer trusted their work and had the car towed to the dealer. They didn't even have the decency to not charge me for the tow back to their garage after the car stranded me on the highway during rush hour due to THEIR WORK. Note that the car was running fine when I brought it in, other than the oil light being on. After the dealer finally looked at it they said the car was showing the code that would have told them that the issue was the catalytic converter if they had checked and that there was no reason for the first set of repairs to be done. So either they didn't even check for the correct malfunction code or they saw it and ignored it. With the $175 they charged me to tow me back after being stranded the total amount of money I ended up paying them for absolutely nothing was around $1500.00. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Especially if you're a single female in an emergency, they WILL take advantage!! read more

Great group of guys! They pinpoint what the issue is and follow up with a solution, also do a thorough inspection on vehicle.

I called Car City and Kevin was so kind. I told him my car was leaking when it rained. He said they normally didn't do that type of work on the car, but he would look at it and see if there was anything they could do. He identified the problem within minutes and referred me to where I could get it fixed. I had called my dealership earlier and they were going to charge $135 to diagnose the leak, let alone fix it. Kevin didn't charge me a penny. I appreciate the honesty and integrity and I would definitely go there in the future. read more
