After starting a claim with my insurance, it was a breeze scheduling with Rock Chip and I was able to get in right away. The windshield replacement and recalibration was done in under 3 hours. A plastic part cracked and needed to be replaced, and Hien had the part ordered before I got to the shop to pick my car up. Luckily, I was in a training across the street at FJC.
