I brought in several pieces of clothing and the price was very reasonable and the turn around time to get them back was even better. I noticed they do big, heavy blankets as well, so will definitely be bringing my bedding in to them soon. They not only offer dry cleaning services but they have a licensed esthetician too! HELLO All Five Star Dry Cleaner Users of Mont Belvieu: After three months of back and forth with this company, I am now being offered $50 for a $400 dress I wore once. After taking my dress to this cleaner, which I used frequently in the past, it was returned to me with streaks all down it. Being a reasonable person, my mom took it back to the cleaner and requested a second cleaning to remove the streaks. After numerous tries, the streaks are still there, rendering the dress unusable. Mr. Waller, this is my question for you. If you bought a $400 suit, wore it once, and I spilled something on it that could not be removed, would you be happy if I said "oh well, here is $50 bucks?" I think not. I have recommended your business to numerous people in the community and made you profits well over the $100 we have been asking in compensation for the ruined dress. I would think that in such a small community, the reputation of your business might be a little more important to you. I always thought that in Mont Belvieu, we would learn to be a little more compassionate to others. All in all, Five Star Cleaners ruined something of mine that was supposed to be returned cleaner than it was left. This did not happen. I understand mistakes happen, and that is ok. The lack of attention, sincerity and genuine desire to right the wrongs of your product is very disappointing. I would recommend your business to no one, by your conduct alone. read more

Horrible customer service. I took my clothes there on a Saturday at 1:50 PM. The doors were locked. I am coming from Baytown - chambers county part. I knocked on the door. The employee said we are not taking any more clothes - we have too many. I proceeded to say - I came from Baytown, you need to take these. She said ok - sharply and TOLD me to count out my clothes (as if I worked there). I did - told her how many and she wrote out my ticket - pretending to not know who I am but literally writing my name out before I can say it - which also means she knows I come every to every other Saturday to pick my clothes up BUT said anyway (because they falsely claim next day service) - "They want be ready til after Wednesday!" again sharply. I politely took my 32 items and gave my money to a cleaners with ACTUAL 5 Star service.Oh - and I called to complain several times different days and phone just rang. read more

Best dry cleaner I know by far! Not only have I done business with this establishment, I have also worked there. The prices are reasonable, the service is fast and it is a very friendly environment. As a customer the management is amazing, this establishment is very trustworthy and honest. The owner will go out of his way to meet all of your needs. As a former employee I know first hand that your laundry is very well taken care of and all of the employees are trustworthy and nice. Great, great place! Bring your clothes here if you want them shrunk. I dropped off slacks and dress shirts to be dry cleaned, but when I picked them up they had all been washed and dried and, therefore, shrunk. read more

I find it hilarious that they call themselves "five star", if I could give them 0 stars I would. I've tried to pick my dress up three times, the first time there were still huge stains all over it. The second time there were new stains on it, that I know weren't there when I dropped it off (I very thoroughly looked over the dress). Finally the third time I was tired of dealing with it and just took it anyway, even though we're still stains on it. They charged me $32 for a dress that still had stains on it, and stains that weren't even there before I dropped it off. Everytine I went in there, there was another customer complaining about them doing a hack job. I've talked to several other people after this and everyone has said the same things, some people even telling me about how they LOST their dry cleaning. I absolutely will not be giving them anymore of my money and will make sure to let everyone know to go elsewhere if they're looking for even a decent dry cleaning because this is quite obviously not the place. read more

If I could rate zero stars I would! I moved to this area about 6 months ago & have had horrible experiences with this place. First, they lost my husband's white suit shirt. They started I never brought it, but I literally took his entire suit "except his white shirt" I would never have done that but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Next, on July 20th, I brought a white dress in to be pressed, it was in perfect condition & brand new. 2 weeks later I came to pick it up & several of the the tassels were torn, broken off, or missing. The front desk attendant stated they could have them fixed so I left. Two weeks later, on August 17, I went back to get the dress & the tassels weren't fixed so the front desk attendant explained they were short staffed due to COVID & needed another week to get them fixed, but took my cell phone number to keep me updated. I was upset but okay fine. Now on September 1st, two weeks later again, I come in & the dress is hanging in front of the store, still the tassels not fixed AND A HUGE YELLOW STAIN ON THE BACK. How is that possible? 1. Where did the stain come from? 2. How could the tassels not be fixed after a month? 3. How do you ruin someone's clothes & then offer nothing for over a month, no call, no apology, no offer to pay for the ruined item, nothing. I'm done with this company. read more

I am a big supporter of doing business with local merchants. Sometimes you pay, more but typically the service and quality of product can be better. This isn't the case here. After living here over two years and using this cleaners, I've had enough of rude employees and clothes not being cleaned. Numerous times returning clothes to be recleaned, shirts ruined by washing them when they should be dry cleaned (and you told them the shirts need to be dry cleaned) and shirts damaged with rips from their equipment. Many times I've requested the owner to call me, but he does not. Running into former employees from there and they tell you, he doesn't care. He doesn't care if your clothes are damaged and doesn't care about his employees being incompetent and rude. So, I finally have had enough. I will spend my money at a cleaners in another county. If anyone is reading this that is considering expanding their existing dry cleaning business into Mont Belvieu, please consider it. With the residential growth happening and projected to occur with 99 coming through, the population will support you. In talking with other Mont Belvieu residents, they quit using this place long ago. read more
