The owner said they will take care of it but failed to do so. the truck left looking worse than when we got there. They left dirt all around the truck and windows/ mirrors were smeared from their product. Scratched the windshield mind y'all it's tinted. They offer a wax service and didn't provide it. The man used the same dirty towel all over and inside the truck. The owner didn't care when it was brought to his attention. Horrible service. Paid $30 to go home and have to do everything they were supposed to do. Wiped down my doors and dashboard and wipes showed my car was still super dirty. My seats and floors were clearly not vacuumed. On top of that the scent left in my car smelled disgusting. Called to speak to the owner and they did not answer. Save your $$$ & DO NOT GO HERE. I payed the vip wash and the seats were not vacuumed. The armor all was not put on right and my windows look streaky. We told one of the guys and all he did was use the air pressure to get the crumbs off the seat and then took off. The cup holders were all dirty not worth it. read more

This used to be my go-to place. Unfortunately, the last few times I've taken my vehicle there it has been a bad experience. It takes them forever to clean the car, there are not nearly enough places to wait comfortably, the place is dirty and dingy and now they're not even cleaning the car well. The last time I took my truck there (and it IS the last time), I waited over an hour and they didn't even clean the truck bed. It wasn't even wet! Not sure how they managed that. read more

I came here the first time a few months ago, paid for the Works Wash. My carpets were still dirty and none of my interior was wiped down, both of which are included. I decided to give them another chance and not only did they barely vacuumed my carpets and didn't wipe surfaces, and the exterior of my car is still dirty. DO NOT GET A CAR WASH FROM HERE . They don't care about your car , I took my white Duramax to get a car wash and they used ( what I think is degreaser) on my tow mirrors and stained the plastic vinyl on both mirrors . My truck was left with water spots and the glass was full of streaks . Save your money and go somewhere else. Really disappointed, and f***ing angry. $800 tow mirrors destroyed. This place is great I brought my car in (car is only 1 month old) because my son left his crayons in the back which of course melted and anybody that knows about crayons know they are impossible to come out. not only did they get it out they didn't charge me for I I left them a great tip and will be back anybody who loves their car should come here machine car washers are awful on your car's paint This place is all hands on car wash and very affordable (highest package only $25!!) We took our Cadillac here to get cleaned. When we got our car back, part of the pinstripes on both sides of the car were gone! Whatever chemical they used, took it off. Brought my Toyota 4Runner to this car wash. Sign clearly stated 4Runner is $16.95 for wash. Attendant wanted to charge $20.00 and when I questioned he said other customers pay $20.00 and don't complain. Continued to argue and berate me and said to go to another car wash if I didn't want to pay. When I asked to speak to the owner he said it was him. I came in on a cloudy day to get my car cleaned, strange I know. But I haven't had my car cleaned in a long time and started to hear the dust in my breaks! Poor car. I got my headlights buffed because they were very cloudy and just a quick rinse and rub down of the exterior car. The guys are very nice as well as efficient. The customers that were also hear on a cloudy day happened to be people with really NICE cars. Mustangs and antiques. First impressions: Simple setup just like any other car wash, list of prices and names, pushy salesman, mediocre area inside with some chairs and a tv; seems decent. Chose their top wash, the VIP for $22. During the wash: The employees were attentive during washing and drying. Manager was sitting outside watching employees. The car wash was dead, only 2 other cars. **Discovered this business had only been open for just over a year, the other reviews from before that must be from a different company with a different name. Inspection: Everything looked alright, had them clean up a few areas they missed. On my way out was thinking nothing special, nothing begging for me to come back, 3 stars. When I drove off and got home that quickly changed... The inside was cleaned really nicely. They wiped everything down and vacuumed the floor mats. The outside is a different story. There are dried water spots below the wipers and along the back window. Bird poop still on the top and back of the truck that didn't get wiped down during the wash. I was able to scratch it off with my nail (it wasn't very difficult to remove). Soap smears on the black plastic along the trim, mirrors and window frames. The bed of my truck wasn't even touched with water as there were still a few sticks and light dirt in the back. Eeeek, VIP best wash?? That's a joke. The $3.00 quick wash by my house does a better job. read more

Had my car washed today and came home to finish the job. Front window was streaked and there were multiple dirt spots on the front including bug remains plus multiple dirty areas around the car. Interior dash and inside window needed additional work as well. Very disappointed. If i had wanted to wash the car myself, I would've gone to a self serve which i will do in the future.. read more

Usually do a great job on just a basic wash. When paying for the upgraded levels I'm completely unsure if they actually perform a lot of the described aspects like wax and tire shine. One star review because my AUX cord was stolen after my most recent visit. Have to find another hand wash car wash now. read more

I took in a 2016 Ram 1500 & selected the "V.I.P" Wash which is $21.97 but added $5.00 since it was a 4 door vehicle, which I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed in their service for these reasons: 1. They didn't thoroughly vacuum my vehicle with their little portable shop vac from Home Depot & left visible dirt and rocks behind throughout the truck. If you have all weather mats don't even think they're going to clean/wipe them down because they won't. They don't use a protector or sheet to prevent bringing in any more dirt/debris from they're shoes 2. The hand wash was poor and left visible residue on the side mirror 4. They marked the drivers rear window with a marker, but the associate had trouble taking it off. 5. They conditioned my front seats, but my rear ones were left dirty thinking I wouldn't check or had no desire to do them whatsoever. read more

3 star car wash... I purchased the VIP car wash for about $21. They did a decent job at cleaning the bulk of the car, but there was a lack of attention to detail that speaks for itself. Plus, they wiped that shiny, oily shit all over the interior which is very unpleasant, which sucks considering non-greasy residue wipes exist. To play devil's advocate, my car was especially dirty when I took it in and I know with repetition of the daily grind, human error is bound to occur. It still ain't much to reach into some obvious crevices though. read more

They do a really good job here. I just had my car washed for the second time and it took them about 25 min start to finish. The cleaning was very thorough and the cherry air freshener made my car smell delicious. My car is older so I get the basic wash, nothing fancy. With the coupon (on their website/show to cashier on phone) it comes out to like $13. Not bad at all. I'll come back when my car is in need of some extra TLC. read more

Best car wash around. The only hand car wash I have found in the area as well. There are not many. I would drive 30 min just to go here. The prices are affordable and they always are careful and thorough. I am not a regular because I don't get my car washed that often but every time I go they give me the same awesome service and treatment. 100% recommend. read more
