Our AC stopped working during the start of a heatwave, and Kyle was able to get out to us quickly. He was absolutely fantastic--friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. This is by far the BIGGEST RIP-OFF in the Hamptons. Engaging with this company is akin to willingly subjecting oneself to notoriously getting "Hamped" (overpaying because you live here). Steve brazenly alters contract terms midstream, leading to exorbitant unexpected charges. Call is company if you wish to drastically overpay for plumbing or HVAC services. Their lack of internal communication between the HVAC and plumbing divisions is appalling. Their work ethic is marred by a series of blunders, which they subsequently exploit by overcharging to rectify their own mistakes. Initial promises are deceitfully simplistic, only to be arbitrarily amended once the fifty percent deposit is paid before the work begins. Look at your proposal and agreement closely because they intentionally leave out details they previously claim will be included in the price. There is no benefit to being loyal to this company and no price break for being a long time customer. I would rather drown in my house than call this company to fix a leak. On a Sunday morning in July I thought we would be waiting all day by the phone. We called the regular number and a service picked up. She said a tech would call us. She didn't know how quickly. 15 minutes later Jack called. He would be at the house within 30 minutes. He got here with five minutes to spare. Ten minutes and a new capacitor​ later we were back in civilized temperatures​. A weekend emergency visit was $60 more than a weekday, but the total charges were completely reasonable. Thanks Hardy.
