He said he was coming at 5, then was running late but communicated he would still be there as soon as he could. This man came at 930 at night--when most people would've already been home in bed, and said I'm going to keep my word and I told you I would come so if it's still okay and not too late I'm 10 mins away.... He showed up; Diagnosed everything, gave us a temp fix overnight, sent me a quote (since we needed a new system), then called me the next morning to tell me he found the equipment for slightly less and got me an even lower price! And is replacing the unit the next day. Wow... aside from being super professional, he was honest and very knowledgeable. I had two other quotes done out of due diligence (which I do for every big job or contract work), and he also gave us the best pricing. So I would highly, highly recommend John and his company. And I'm so glad we found him. We will definitely be using him for any HvAC needs going forward.

Engaging with this company is akin to willingly subjecting oneself to notoriously getting "Hamped" (overpaying because you live here). Steve brazenly alters contract terms midstream, leading to exorbitant unexpected charges. Call is company if you wish to drastically overpay for plumbing or HVAC services. Their lack of internal communication between the HVAC and plumbing divisions is appalling. Their work ethic is marred by a series of blunders, which they subsequently exploit by overcharging to rectify their own mistakes. Initial promises are deceitfully simplistic, only to be arbitrarily amended once the fifty percent deposit is paid before the work begins. Look at your proposal and agreement closely because they intentionally leave out details they previously claim will be included in the price. There is no benefit to being loyal to this company and no price break for being a long time customer. I would rather drown in my house than call this company to fix a leak.
