Both have run similar models since the 3+ years we have lived here, and probably since COVID started in 2020: this model being take out only. By offering this model, they have managed to keep both locations in business, and the citizens of Prescott sane. I have heard that both were operated by... brothers? Cousins? Not sure, but they were related. I used to like the other restaurant better, until recently, when both opened for dine-in as well as continued take out; I had ordered a dish at the other place that I had liked better than here (however, to be fair, I cannot know recall what that dish was! Time to sample and compare again.) On the other hand, I have also heard that both locations have recently changed hands, so we shall see what the future holds. We recently had cause to dine in at this restaurant, and they were accommodating for our group of 11 or 12 people. Service was pleasant, if a bit flustered; one waitress was serving all the guests in the restaurant. Once the other diners were taken care of, and her attention was focused on us, things went more smoothly. The food was good, and the service was attentive from this point forward. There were even a few bits of the meal packaged to take-home (so I guess Chinese take out never really goes out of style!) I loved the decor here; we were in the 2nd dining room, where our chatter would not interfere with the other guests. The space is nicely decorated. There's even an old fireplace in this room. I look forward to going backnto dine in.
