I am from out of town and needed a pedicure. So I tried this place with my Mom. I had such a horrible experience. The gentleman who did my pedicure cut my cuticle so bad it wouldn't stop bleeding and then he tried putting super glue on it!!! I had to be firm and say no. This place was BY FAR the worst place I have ever gotten my nails done! Service was overall horrible. I paid extra for gel polish which came off and chipped with in a week. I had lumps in my thumb nail and it was extremely thicker than any other of my nails. When I went to complain about how they looked, the lady who did my nails just crossed her arms, shook her head and gave me a mean look like I was dumb and didn't know what I was talking about. I went in for a full set before a wedding. I got such a basic job they didn't even push back the cuticle! I got a simple almond shape with a purple coat of polish. No extras. I was charged $55 for something so simple!! The girl was rude the whole time and rushed through the job. The points on the almond shape were all pointing different directions and there were bumps and gaps on the entire acrylic itself. Such a careless job that I would have been outraged even paying $30 for it, but I was charged $55! They are overpriced, not friendly, and cannot do a basic full set. I love this place. I get the regular $20 pedicure. They include a scrub and hot towels on your legs which is so relaxing! I always leave feeling like I got more than my money's worth. They have a lot of other options for add-ons and facials in their really nice menus. They have very nice decor and it looks very professional. I highly recommend. read more

Been in this place twice for mani/pedi because they are close to my home, and have never had service because they were so RUDE. After the first time, I swore I would never go back. But, a friend said it must have been a fluke, she always gets good service, and asked me to try again. I did but had the exact same results. The gal at the door was flippant and dismissive. It is worth it to me to drive to Bear Valley, 6 miles away, and get treated like a valued customer. My friend goes there to get waxed, so that may be the difference. read more

This place is wonderful! I would recommend it to even the pickiest person. I'm a brat when it comes to my nails, I was in town for business and walked in asked for a fill and a pedi. My fill was more like a full set with how many nails I broke. Tammy did both my pedi and hands and she was wonderful! Tammy made sure she got the exact shape, length and thickness I wanted. I felt like I didn't have to micro manage the entire time. I trusted her entirely, not only was she the sweetest thing, but she made every effort to accommodate my craziness. read more

My pedicure was decent (it's very shiny an even) the lady never talked 2 me always 2 her coworkers. No massage I had told her I broke my toe an 2 b gentle which she was but neglected the whole foot. My mom an I got the callous remover but for $7 extra dollars I wasn't impressed. My BIGGEST thing was she didn't ask if I wanted my nails trimmed an instead went @ them with cuticle cutters instead of asking if I wanted them filed or not 2 b touched @ all!!! Now I'm suffering from an ingrown toe nail bc she cut that 1 way 2 short!!! Gel nails are good, wouldn't get rhinestones again, kinda messily put on (I feel bad saying gay becuase I know it's a lot of work). Having just moved to the HD, I have been visiting multiple nail shops to find my new place, this is it! This is actually my second time here as I wanted to make sure they were consistently great and yes they are. The gal who did my nails as a walk in last time remembered me and she is so gentle and does the best work. So did the gal and guy who helped the ladies next to me, they left with equally gorgeous nails. I had a great time. Customers and nail techs, we were all talking and laughing the whole time. My first dip manicure lasted 3 weeks and had not chipped or lifted at all. My nails were extremely strong and healthy underneath. Love this shop. read more

The business is extremely deceptive and misleading when it comes to pricing and as soon as you speak up about price and quality discrepancies, the staff is very rude and they even hurt me as they were giving me a manicure. Customers beware - this business is very deceptive and will hurt you when you call them out on their baloney even when you approach them in a respectful manner. I had pedicure done with gel and a Xmas design very clean and lasted long. however they give you a menu with the types of pedi's they offer make note the price of the pedi you choose does not include the 20 for the paint and than other 10 for the gel.....so if you include a tip you walk out paying about 50 for a basic pedi with warm stones. but at least you toes look good.. read more

this used to be my favorite place but now they're horrible. Way too pricy and not worth it. Pedicures used to be $20, now they went up to $22, and if you want color they add $7! Ridiculous. And their massage chair wasn't even working when I went, all their workers aren't even that well experienced either. Not worth it. my boyfriend & i came here for basic pedicures and i asked for white gel polish. my boyfriends experience was okay, i noticed the lady doing his feet took more time massaging his feet and scrubbing them compared to my lady, which rushed through the scrub and massage portion. my boyfriend also mentioned how short his toenails got cut so now the sides of his nails hurt so he might get an ingrown because of how short they cut it. we both agreed the hot towels they put on our legs were way too hot to handle but we were polite and didn't say anything. as many nail salons around here i noticed they reuse porous nail tools such as files and scrubbers which is unsanitary. when it was time to pay they charged us $101 for both pedicures and obviously forced to give a tip on top of that ridiculous price. for two basic pedicures and gel polish that was definitely a rip off and they overcharged us. don't recommend this nail salon at all. read more

i wish i could give NO stars. i walked in on my 2 hour lunch break, excited to get my nails done. plenty of time. when i walked in, they said it would be 10-15 minutes. i waited 30. i should've left right then. so i get called back & told him what i wanted & presented the pic. he said he could do it & for me to choose my colors. so i did. no manicure was done, but i let that slide. he just buffed off my previous gel & everything was perfect until he finished the black on the acrylics i got. then he started the nude & i was like "ok no biggie, i know he's gonna blend it out." so after he put the nude sloppily over the black, i decide to ask what he uses to blend. this is when he chooses to say "oh we don't have the sponge for the gel." & then just looked at me, waiting for a decision i guess. i was like "so... you can't do it?" & he shook his head. that info would been ALOT more valuable TEN FUCKING NAILS AGO. are you serious? & by that time i had to leave, so i told him i would come by after work for a fix. i expressed how upset i was about having an idea & then being asked to switch it up on the spot. i get up to the counter & he tries to charge me $45. -_- for fucking WHAT exactly?! i was not gonna pay for that at all, let alone $45. so i told them nvm i'll get regular polish when i come back. well that cut the price by almost $20 so i paid that $27 & left. came back after work & he had a total attitude about having to change my color. burnt me with the drill. had no knowledge about glitters at all (didn't know what loose glitter was & couldn't direct me to a glitter polish that was as dense as loose glitter would have been) so i just chose something basic just to get outta there. stay far away from here. maybe better luck with one of the girls, since i guess he handles all the walk-ins. i feel like as a nail tech, you know when something is outta your realm. so say that & be upfront. don't start something & do a shitty attempt. i'm not one of your fucking manikins. don't waste our time & my money. i would've appreciated the honesty & just gone to a more hip nail tech or salon. tsss. ironic name for this place. first & last visit. read more

Worst pedicure I have ever gotten! From the time I sat in the chair until the time I left I felt uncomfortable. The lady was very rude and rough. She didn't even try to make it a nice experience it was as if I was inconvenient to her. She was so rough she wouldn't even grab my foot she would just say things like say "up", "in the water". She didn't even trim or file my toe nails. I just felt like she was trying to get me out of the door as soon as possible. She began my gels and as she was switching the light back and fourth she would leave my foot in the light for 15-20 seconds! I had to finally tell her. Then she gave me like a 10 second massage that hurt so bad I just wanted to tell her to stop. Lastly it came time to pay. She said 45 dollars saw my card and was like now 46. Okay so I give her my card she said how much do you want to tip. I said don't I do it on the paper. She's all no you can do it now. I thought this was very rude. Moral of the story this place so extremely over priced and you don't walk out feeling good about your experience or the quality of the work. read more

I had a very bad experience here, we are regular costumers and for some reason my nails never come good. This past time I went, I left very unsatisfied. My nails were beyond thick and bubbly, they kind of looked like duck feet, when I asked for square nails. I also got chrome on one of my nails and by the time I got home there was already streaks in it. They offered to fix it, but from this experience they did loose some regulars. read more

I hadn't had a pedicure in almost 5 months, really sad to say out loud. My only excuse is I work A LOT and ON MY FEET. The spot I go to is a distance and the hours dont always work with my schedule. Today I tried my neighbors, Five Star. The price is a bit more than I usually pay BUT I have to say Yen did her job and WELL! She had the water temperature warm not cold, turned on the chair and went to work! Like I said it had been 5 months, I know what she had to work with lol The massage was just perfect!
