They had excuse after excuse why the dry wall guy would not show up. First it was he had a family matter. Then they said he was on vacation. Then he showed up and did not repair all the holes. So now a month has gone bye since they the plumbing permit was finalized and not all wholes fixed. My tenant in one of the units ended up begging the dry wall guy to come by and fix the wholes in her bathroom ceiling. In the other unit there is still a hole above the cabinet. After spending over a month now calling them two times a week, I give up. Never pay them until they are done with everything or you may end up in the same situation that I am in. The repipe cost $10,250. Apparently, I did not pay enough to get a complete job.
