This is a terrible place to rent a unit…read more I have tried for 3 days to make a payment on my brothers storage unit. I cant set up online pay because an email was not given when the unit was rented. I cant pay over the phone because the payment is late and I can not reach a manager after at least a dozen calls in the last (3) days. I have left voice mails both with the external call center and on the voicemail for the facility. In (3) days I have not received a call back. Yesterday I sent the money to a friend in the area to pay the due balance. He waited from 3 pm until 448 pm to make the payment. Although the sign says the office hours are from 930am until 530 pm , on a week day no one was available at the physical location. He took video of the facility to show he was there and it was closed. Call after call ,message after message, with no call backs so I can make a payment for (3) days is very poor customer service. This is my late mother's stuff in the unit rented by my brother. I found out (4) days ago that the payment was late and made contact to advise the manager Terry that I would be calling to make a payment on Monday October 29th 2018. She said that would be fine, then I can not reach anyone or get a call back to make the payment. In my opinion this is not good customer service and it is very disheartening to think this may end up with legal action

(Not that this happened to me -- OK, obviously, it did.) Some years back I had to put an apartment full of stuff (including several hundred books) into storage, pronto, and a friend who kept some of her belongings there suggested Vernon, for which I am extremely grateful. The storage units are large and secure, and I was able to fit everything into one unit. It was just about the only thing that worked well at a crummy time. I've kept the unit for the past four years, with no problems at all. The rates are great and the people who work there are really nice and friendly. It's month-to-month, so at some point when I need all that stuff again, I can go and get it, without breaking a contract and paying a fee. That's handy, too.

But I have had nothing but negative comments and attitude by Tracey, I dealt with it because as I said for the most part its a wonderful place. But I thought she had left the company but more recently she came back and I had enough. You should treat people, especially customers with a little more respect and act professional.
