Avoid this place if you can. Terrible service and a complete lack of empathy. They do not follow through on anything they say they will do.

My grandma, who lives with my family, had a cat who was around four years old. Her name was Clarity…read moreand she was a tiny little girl, only seven pounds when she died, but she had teeth problem and had to get a few extracted. The vet did not want to complete the surgery in one sitting, and scheduled the rest of the teeth to be removed about three months after the first surgery. About two weeks before the surgery, we took her in, and it turns out, her nerve was exposed and her teeth were reabsorbing. They sent us home with pain meds and a $700 vet bill after that appointment. She stopped eating a week before the second surgery and ended up with liver failure. She was too weak to leave her bed and she had to be put down. If they had done the full surgery, my cat would be alive right now. She was very skittish, being a rescue, and I was the first person to be able to get close to her and show her some love. She was finally getting used to us when she died. Do not go to this vet, as all they want is to drain your bank account.

He has had a rough last few months due to heart disease. Dr.Holbrook has been absolutely amazing. She has been so responsive, so understanding and so kind. She always gets back to me and genuinely cares about her patients. Dr.Antinichi (my spelling is WAY off) stood in for her today because she was out but they communicated all day. I had such a rough experience at a vet prior to this one. They have been so amazing. I only have good things to say.

(I forgot to review after my experience!)…read more I came home at 11PM after work to my cat being unable to stand and crying in pain anytime I tried to move her. I was panicked and the only place open was Animal Emergency Clinic. I rushed her there and they got her in right away for X-rays to check for any internal injuries. They gave us an antibiotic (and pain meds I think) and were very polite and understanding. My cat was walking around by the time we left and I felt so much better knowing that she had no serious injuries. Took her to our regular vet at Coble the next day and they had to shave her leg and found she had stress induced pancreatitis from the new kittens I was fostering. Overall a very expensive couple of days, but I cannot say enough how much I appreciated the emergency clinic and how reassuring they were in my moments of panic. I'll definitely go back if I ever need help!!

Waited 3 hours. Not one person came to even take vitals on dog to see if she was critical or not…read more Did come and check vitals on others that arrived after us. Said others were more critical, which would be understandable to treat first if so, but how do you know if you didn't even take vitals on our dog? Receptionist did make sure to run out to gripe at us for letting her out of kennel for a few minutes after waiting room empty. Understand dogs need to be kenneled or leashed, but others weren't while we were there and not one word. Absolutely ridiculous that they didn't even check her vitals but did of others to determine who was more critical. Again, how do you know if you didn't even take her vitals or look at her to see other than to gripe at us? Felt like whole attitude was based around them being upset about her being let out for about two minutes. You'd think they'd care more about the animals than copping attitudes. Funny how you see negative reviews - lots of them - on every site but their own.
