He arranged for one of his crews to come out the following day. Jerry called the next day telling me he'd be there in 15 minutes (nice heads up!) and they were on time. Three man crew came and cleaned our gutters approx an hour.,Then we added on Patio gutter which took a little bit longer because all clotted up inside gutter tube. Donnie was excellent! Sister referred me to Donnie and needed 1 window done. Called 5 star and he offered to come out the very next day. He gave me his suggestion of the screen and I opted for the Darkest one. He came out with his crew and installed at the time he said he'll be at. Guys were pretty quick and once they installed it, Donnie wasn't Satisfied and made his crew take it back down to adjust the framing. Once he put it back on, it was PERFECT! Darkest possible screen for my Apt, due to sun stays hitting the window all day and was a perfect choice. (Also, since I just moved in. Had Five Star come out last month to clean gutters and dryer vent. They noticed 2 screen with holes and scratches (bad kitties) so I had them replace them. Also had them install a leaf guard over the garage gutter where most of the leaves and dirt goes into. Overall, I was extremely pleased with Jerry and his crew. That said, this morning when we finally had some decent rain, I noticed severe leaking from one of the gutter water spouts in the back. Knowing that we're expecting more rain, I called Donnie and Jerry came out within a couple of hours and fixed the problem of the blockage. Everything working fine now.
