While many were picking up baked goods, there were plenty of people enjoying lunch as well. Since "bakery" is in their name, my expectations were high, and I wasn't disappointed. They offer a wide variety of cookies, and their cakes and pies looked absolutely tempting. We tried a good mix of cookies (more than half a dozen!) and each one tasted homemade and delicious. As for the food, it was good but not extraordinary. My husband and I both went for the half-sandwich combo. I had the chicken salad on homemade white bread with a side of vegetable soup, while he had the turkey club on homemade seven-grain bread, paired with house-made chips. It was all tasty, but nothing to write home about. I wish they offered lattes instead of just filter coffee, but that's just me loving lattes. The service, however, was fantastic. The staff was friendly, attentive, and very patient as I took my time selecting cookies. They really added to the welcoming vibe of the place. I'll definitely be back, mostly for the baked goods and excellent service. Can't wait to try even more cookies next time!
