The review is a little on the fence for this one, as we stopped by one day during business hours, tho they decided to close just 2 minutes before we went to pull the door handle. So, on a separate trip a few days later we stopped again. The building is large looking on the outside, but the customer area is small. They must have a large kitchen behind the counter. It was busy. They had several premade cakes in the window cabinet. From small 1 inch cakes, to 4 inch, to the larger 8 and 10 inch. They do accommodate custom orders. Prices were ok, not to overly priced. Staff was nice, a couple of younger lady's working the counter. Super helpful. If I was to rate it from the first visit, that would be a low rating since they closed 4 1/2 hours before the listed closing time. Disappointing. However the second trip made up for it. read more

(fast service) My pick up was for 3 pm and I arrived about 15 minutes after 3. (stupid traffic) The location is on a pretty busy street but is hard to miss! It stands at the corner, tall and bright with big letters! The area is bustling so there will always be a decent amount of random traffic during the store's business hours. Just drive carefully and stay alert. As I was walking up to the building, I noticed a tiny little guy running across my path. Once I fixed and focused my sight on the little guy, I realize it's a baby mouse. I must explain, I sincerely do not believe this is the fault of Nothing Bundt Cakes. It's just an outside thing that they can't control. BUT, what they can control they do it well! I walked into the building to a clean, vibrant set up and sweet smelling store! Cakes fluffy and moist enough but certainly not soggy. The invention of these personal size bundlets was ingenius. I find them to make for great, affordable gifts, and the larger cakes also make well for dinner parties. I recently picked up an 8" with the cute decorations (about $9 extra) for a surprise bday dinner of like 12-14 people. It was a good amount. The birthday girl still had maybe half or 1/3 cake left. While I have not tried every one, I would be pretty confident to say that all flavors are good. You can find something for just about everyone even if they don't have a big sweet tooth. My absolute favorite is the lemon, with red velvet in close second. Notables: white Chocolate raspberry, lemon raspberry, chocolate, carrot. The staff here is always pretty friendly or in a good mood. The location works. The BOGO Free on bundlets is a super incentive to get me in the store. I use this location because it's close to work but I've also done Arlington and cedar hill.
