WB&G from the Outside
Dan D.

Wasatch Bagel and Grill is a good breakfast spot in the Snow Creek shopping center in Park City. The breakfast fare was quite good with generous portions. There's a spot to order food & you get number that's called when your food order is ready; the coffee ordering counter is separate. It's relaxed & casual and strikes me as more of a locals spot with good value for PC. The [food] counter staff was a bit harried, so came off as a bit grumpy. Maybe WB&G was understaffed that morning [?] Regardless, well worth stopping in for a try

There are decent breakfast options; they really have everything from bagels to omelettes to fried chicken. Once I got my food, I realized that they didn't season much on anything; relying on the sauce bar that people choose themselves. This was great for us specifically because we had a young child and he was not supposed to have too much salt on his food. Everything tasted standard, pancakes were fluffy, veggie omelette was decent, brisket cheese and egg bagel was subpar; brisket was very dry. I would expect something spectacular about the bagel given it's on the name, but it's just very standard bagels.

Great spot for quick breakfast! Service was great and the menu had a wide variety. I got the breakfast sandwich with an asiago bagel and bacon for my meat option. It was filling and tasted great!

I'm from NJ, so maybe not a fair comparison, but the bagels were pretty mid at best. They didn't even melt the cheese at all. It was just a slab of cheese. NO cheese pull. We also saw them microwave a quesadilla. Service was fine. Ambiance and vibe was nice. Edit: I almost forgot. Eggs were out of a liquid-egg carton.

The breakfast was amazing. Great price point. Also, got the bonanza dirty soda which was delicious'! Honestly everything looked good on the menu!

The food here is pretty good! We both liked our sandwiches, and they seemed decently priced. We also got the mango smoothie, which was a little bit too artificial-tasting in my opinion. The environment had cute signs, but all of the menus were a little bit overwhelming to be honest. Overall, a good experience.

Great food try the brisket sandwich it's the best in town Flavor is awesome thank you

For a quick bite, Wasatch Bagels & Grill is a solid option. For high quality food, it's not going to be your best bet in the area. The food wasn't terrible but it's not exceptional either. The bagel sandwich was average but the bagel French toast wasn't great at all. On a Sunday morning in the summer, you're looking at a 25+ minute wait for your food. Which seems outrageous for a menu made up for the same 6 repeating ingredients...For my first experience with WB&G, I wasn't overly impressed. But the coffee and bagels were enough to fuel the start of our day so it wasn't terrible.

This place was recommended by the valet at our hotel. He said it was the "best burger in town" so my husband got it. Said it was great! I had the grilled mahi burger which I enjoyed. The freshly made French Fries were excellent and besides ketchup, there were a variety of sauces on offer. We split a giant chocolate chip cookie which looked better than it tasted. Super bland. The reason for a less than 5 star review is the lack of service. The wait staff couldn't speak English and the food erratically arrived. A large party who arrived after us got their food before us. We went up to inquire and it seemed that the counter staff forgot to put our order in. I didn't have

Very good rings with perfect coating to onion ratio.

We were in Park City and looking for a good burger in a simple setting. Per our friend's suggestion, Wasatch Bagel and Grill has NEVER served him a bad burger. This place is a one stop shop for food: bagels, chicken sandwiches, flavored fries, numerous sauces for dipping, coffees, alcoholic beverages and a neighboring mexican cantine. Normally, I am of the opinion that those who try to be everything don't do anything well. That does not apply here. We ordered the Asian burger cooked medium rare with fries and an order of onion rings. They have a condiment bar with assorted sauces for the fries, burgers and rings. The food was delivered hot off the grill. The staff was friendly and very attentive to our needs. The Asian burger came with lettuce, cheese, tomato, pickle and an amazing sauce. It was perfectly cooked to order, moist, very flavorful and great seasoning. The fries were lightly coated and had a very good crunch. The rings were crispy, not over battered and had a good ratio of coating to onion. The helpings were generous and a good value. The condiment bar was a nice addition. A good stop for the simple food, Wasatch Bagels and Grill hit the spot. The food was good, warm, and great flavor. I cannot attest to all the other food they offer, but their burgers are good. I will definitely give them another chance when we return. Good food, flavorful, value and good options.

Great breakfast food, better bagels, excellent service. A local gem!! We come here as often as we can for a hearty warm breakfast before enjoying the local mountains and Main Street.

Bagel with cream for everyone and they were delicious. Go early in the day as bagels do run out and you don't want to miss your favorite!

We went during the World Cup and they also had a projector playing one of the games for a cool vibe. They had an amazing menu of commonly found entrees, but with like an elevated twist. Our waiter was super knowledgeable, helpful, and quick. He helped me order a lavender coffee drink and it came out exactly how I wanted it. My partner tried their orange coffee seasonal drink and it was incredible. It was so unique, smooth, interesting and not too sweet. All of their seasonal drinks sounded fun. It was hard to order because I wanted everything on the menu. My chilaquiles were balanced, filling, and rich. My partners mermaid bowl was fun and the perfect temperature to not turn into soup by the time you were done eating it. They had a kids menu and high chairs. The apple juice that came with the kids meal must have been fresh squeezed. It was the best apple juice I had ever tried and it was a huge portion size. The fries were tasty. My only wish is that there was one of these in Maryland so I could be a regular.

The staff we interacted with were equally lovely. Biscuits and gravy is my go-to at any diner. I mean it when I say this was the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had. The whole thing is one biscuit and the gravy is more of a bechamel with a peppery kick balanced by the sweet biscuit; more like a savory cake in the best way. My professional cook boyfriend is rarely ever impressed by food and we were equally blown away! There are no incorrect options on the menu. Bf also loved his huevos rancheros, but the biscuits and gravy were the star of the show. We cannot recommend it enough and couldn't stop talking about it the rest of our trip.

We had a variety of food dishes for brunch and nothing stood out. Actually, the "Shakshuka" stood out because this was without a doubt the worst shakshuka I've ever eaten. It was made entirely incorrectly. The sauce was bland and watery. There were copious amounts of whole garlic cloves (??????) which forced a game of dodge the cloves to eat whatever else was remotely edible. The staff was nice.

They operate like a real family, not in the toxic "we're all family here" way, but in a warm, supportive, actually-enjoyable-to-witness way. You can feel it the moment you walk in. Add to that a rustic, cozy ambiance that's honestly a 20/10, and you're already off to an incredible start. I ordered the Shakshuka, and it was phenomenal. The eggs were cooked perfectly, which is no small feat, showing real expertise in the kitchen. Comforting, balanced, and clearly made with care. We split the green apple and blue cheese salad, which was good, though I've had better. If the dressing were just a bit sweeter and more seasoned, it would really hit its stride. Adding more caramelized pecans and a bit more chopped green apple would give it that final kick it needs. Still enjoyable, just shy of great. The vegan lentil chili was so close to being one of the best I've ever had. The combination of vegetables and lentils was absolutely spot-on, it just needed a touch more seasoning for my taste. A small salt/sugar balance would take it over the top. The corn muffin served alongside was good as well, but could also benefit from a little seasoning. All things considered, this place is a 10/10 for Park City dining. Incredible atmosphere, outstanding service, and food that's thoughtful, skillfully prepared, and clearly made with heart.
