Neat place with chill vibe. We came in for bunch around noon on a weekday during our trip to Park City, luckily a table just left and we were seated within a couple minutes. But it gets busy by the minute as people start coming in. The Banana Bread with Espresso Creme was such a treat. I got the Hotcake and hubby went for the Sausage and Remedy Sando. Everything we ordered was delicious and our server was very pleasant and service was good.

After seeing them on so many IG reels my husband got me a gift card for Christmas knowing we would be headed to the area for Memorial Day weekend. The location is so cute and gets really busy really fast. They have a separate area for take away coffee and pastries if you don't have time for a full breakfast/brunch. We ordered the breakfast sandwich and shakshuka and both were delicious. My husband liked the sandwich the best as well as the side of hash browns that we ordered. Those are a must!!!!!

Really hearty and delicious breakfast items. Sometimes there's a wait and the service isn't the quickest, but the food is well worth it. We tried the breakfast sandwich, sausage sando, shakshouka, congee, and hotcake. Everything tasted super fresh, especially loved the sando and congee, soo unique. Also tried the ube donut from the pasty section, it was unreal. We loved the meal and will definitely return!

The food here is amazing, everything is tasty and hits the spot. We tried the hotcakes, shakshuka and Turkish eggs. You cannot go wrong. You will leave full and satisfied. I wish they had a way to join the waitlist ahead of time. We wouldn't have minded waiting 30 minutes outside if their outdoor heaters were working. The fact that they were there but out of order was a tease. And there's no room to wait inside. The staff could have been nicer and more helpful. I had to ask for coffee refills (just keep my coffee full at all times please) and the hostess was on on a clear power trip. Front of house needs some training to bring this place up to 5 stars.

This is my favorite breakfast spot ever! Amazing bread, fresh and delicious food, great coffee and a cute environment! This is a must everytime I'm in park city. We had the shakshuka, birria, and avacado toast this visit and it was all incredible!

Five Seeds is an expensive health food" restaurant with a small menu of organic options that take a long time to prepare. Our grains bowl was super bland and the $23 poke bowl was just ok. The cappuccino was excellent, however. Our server drifted around and we had to wave her down to get our check. I'd come back to get coffee at their take away window but that's about it.

Service was 5/5 Ambiance was 5/5 Food was 5/5 Price was a bit of a bite but the food didn't disappoint so I can't complain. These are some California type prices for food. We ordered the hot cakes and I was I intimidated on how dense it looked. Like - carbo overload! But IT WASN'T!!! It was fluffy and honestly not that filling. It was perfectly sweetened and balanced. The top though is a hunk of citrus flavored butter. I would have liked if it was more of a whipped cream than butter. But nothing to complain about. The breakfast plate was fresh. Deli meat had a lot of flavor and the boiled eggs were perfectly boiled. There are two restrooms available and fairly clean.

pretty busy on a saturday afternoon. service was fine and interior was warm. we got the ahi poke bowl, hotcake, bacon and egg congee, and matcha. my family really liked the hotcake and bacon & egg congee, i think i was the only one who wasn't a fan of my meal. the ahi poke bowl looks great but despite the drizzles of sauce, the bowl somehow was bland and flavorless. it came with a lot of great ingredients but it was hard to get through. also don't recommend getting the matcha. the art is cute but the drink itself just tasted like warm milk with a layer of bitter matcha foam. people seem to enjoy this spot, i guess i just got bad picks.

Awesome menu, great service and HUGE portions sums up this gem that serves breakfast until close at 3pm. The Porchetta sandwich was massive, roasted crispy skin rolled pork belly, charred broccoli rabe, seeded mustard aioli, salsa verde served with fries. How can you go wrong? We had to try our favorite bread: Auntie Em's banana bread with espresso infused mascarpone, espresso sugar, buckwheat, honey. My wife had the corn fritter the size of at 8" dinner plate. This easily serves two LARGE eaters and 4 normal eaters so split it! Over all a great place and they hand brew their peach tea (I'm a witness) and it's not sweetened so you can make it how you like it. Overall a great experience, highly recommend a visit in Park City, UT if you are in the area for breakfast all day or some great unique lunch dishes. It seems like Five5seeds is one of the brunch spots in Park City so we had to check it out after our hike. I thought we'd be able to join the waitlist remotely but I didn't know how to work their website. I put my name down for a party of 3 and the hostess said it would be a 25 minute wait which isn't too bad for a Saturday morning. They eventually seated us at a long table outside with another party which was fine. Hotcake (5/5): Pancake with mixed berries, whipped citrus mascarpone, nuts and seeds. This was so good and also very pretty. You don't even need to put syrup on it. It was crisp and fluffy at the same time. The mascarpone was yummy and light. Tilly's rotisserie chicken salad (4/5): The salad had pulled rotisserie chicken, cabbage, arugula, carrot, mango, cucumber, thai basil, mint, peanuts, crispy wontons with an Indonesian peanut dressing. Not sure what makes the peanut sauce Indonesian. The salad was refreshing. The chicken wasn't anything special though. The only complaint is that some of the thai basil and mint were still on the sprig/stem? It was definitely a lot. Overall, a lovely brunch spot. It was a bit difficult to get the servers attention since it was busy but not too bad. I definitely recommend the hotcake.

This place was packed on a Sunday morning. I was so happy to see a local restaurant serving breakfast all day! Maybe they were overwhelmed but our food came out cold. It looked beautiful. Toast was hard..but nice bread. My sister had the Pork Benedict, hers was like warm. Our waitress was great, I will definitely go back .. Big crowds in small places can often mess with the kitchen. Favorite breakfast spot! Small, so go early. Small menu, but excellent use of fresh ingredients and wonderful presentation! lots of vegetarian options. The pulled pork Benedict is excellent and the pancake is delicious. Try the berry smoothly with jalapenos! read more

Five stars for food taste and quality, service and atmosphere. Only negative would be that it is always busy. They do a great job of turning tables and getting your meal to you quickly after ordering. Usually have to wait 30 minutes or so to sit down at any time during the day. If you are ever in Utah, make sure to visit Park City and go to Five5eeds!. Ok, even if you are not in Utah, find a reason to go. This is one of the best restaurants we have ever visited. Wonderful creative combinations of fresh, delicious food and terrific service. The shakshuka was the best I have ever eaten. One of our party got it with the spicy sausage which was amazing. Avocado toast was over the top. Hotcakes like I have never tasted before and with fresh flowers. They also have specials that are so unique and as wonderful as the things on the regular menu. Cannot wait to go back -- or better yet, hoping they will open a restaurant where we live. read more

5 Seeds was one of the best Breakfast and coffee spots that I have been to in a long time. I had exceptional service here. The food is comforting and elevated. I had the Hot cake. It was made where it was almost like a souflee. Just amazing. I liked the place so much I came twice and ordered some sweet treats to go. If you are in Park City dont miss it. read more

Great service and great food. We loved it. Got the mer person bowl, hot cakes and egg sandwich. Coffee is tasty too. It would be nice if they had nut free options. We were here for Sunday breakfast and had to wait 15 minutes for a seat. The place was bustling. The waitstaff were dressed very nicely and quite helpful with the menu. My husband ordered the pancakes which were lovely. I had a baked egg dish with red sauce with Egyptian seasoning which was stellar! Highly recommended. Will most definitely return as there menu is fresh and innovative and cutting edge with today's food trends. read more

If you are looking for something out of the ordinary with great flavor and great presentation then this is the place. I have been here multiple times for breakfast. I've had the Steel Cut Oatmeal, Shakshuka, Hotcakes, Vegetarian Benedict as well as the Superfood salad. With every one, great presentation and very flavorful. So happy I heard about this place! Ordered the hot cakes because of how popular they seemed on yelp and they were to die for. Even though it's only one pancake, it was so thick that I couldn't even finish it all. The fresh fruits, nuts, and lemon mascarpone topped on the pancake added such good flavor while not being overpoweringly sweet. My sister ordered the roasted cauliflower salad which was also delicious. The matcha tea was super tasty for a cold day. Our server was super kind and recommended some really cool spots in park city to check it. Prices were not out of the ordinary for park city either. read more

The best breakfast!! Moroccan eggs were delicious and so was the hot cake. The inside decor was hip and well done. Service was great. The food was amazing and i wanted to try everything on the menu. We also enjoyed 2 latte's one with almond milk and the other with regular milk. Can get drinks to go or dine in. There is a grocery and liquor store in the same plaza. You must go! read more

We have been loyal customers of Five Seeds for years and have always enjoyed the wonderful service, but our recent experience left much to be desired. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Vanessa, the front hostess, who was surprisingly rude and condescending. Our child was happily coloring at the table when Vanessa approached, abruptly took the crayons without saying a word, and invaded our personal space. She didn't offer to let our child keep a few crayons, which was quite disheartening. We asked a busboy if he could provide some crayons, but Vanessa noticed and stopped him in the middle of the restaurant, instructing him to put them back. Vanessa's behavior does not reflect the overall great service we have experienced at Five Seeds over the years. All other staff members have always been amazing. It was a busy morning, and while we understand the pressures of a fast-paced restaurant environment, professionalism should never be compromised. The lady sitting next to us also noticed Vanessa's rude behavior and encouraged us to say something. A special shout out to the wife of Eric who wrote the review below mine. She gave us dinner and a show as she berated our server unnecessarily because they didn't think that curbside actually meant by the side of the curb. My boyfriend got the chicken sando and you guys really missed out on that one. It honestly would of been just as good cold too. Chose this place on a whim. Place was packed inside and we had a group of 13 with lots of little kids. We were thinking about going somewhere else when a guy came out and offered to dry off everything outside , light heaters and bring out blankets. Couldn't be happier we stayed. Everyone food was delicious, staff was super friendly and engaging to us as well as the kids. SHAKSHUCKA is out of this world delicious. Perhaps the only "civilized" place in Park City that is not run by Mormon mob. They have coffee! And it is clean. Most places in Kimball Junction were just filthy with waitstaff that stank of cigarettes like Maxwell. We felt more the LA vibe here and grateful for a bit of civilization. read more
