The best trainer I have found in Chattanooga. Not only physical training but also nutritional guidance is provided. Group classes are also provided. Training there has helped me reduce my body fat percentage, increase strength and endurance. read more

I've never needed to share anything and those who I've worked out next to are always in their own groove, doing there own thing. Everyone is polite and kind and no one ever bothers me, which is the best perk (if you know, you know lol). Everyone seems to have a reason to smile and that's the atmosphere you want to stay a part of. Truly love it. So let's talk about the staff. The staff are awesome! Siobhan and Tanner are always working hard in the morning when I come in. Huge shoutout to both of them for keeping the gym absolutely spotless. Tanner keeps those floors spotless, especially... I mean seriously.. he's on top of that hard work everyday. And Siobhan is always leading tours and helping maintain the front desk, folding towels and also helping to keep things clean. They always seem to stay busy ensuring tasks are completed. They seem to make a great team and both are super friendly and helpful in between. Major kudos to the AM crew! Unfortunately I had to put my membership on freeze as I'm heading back to my home state for a while and no 24 hour fitness gyms close to me. I'm keeping my membership because my experience here so far has been so fantastic I can't wait it come back, plus the price is next to nothing anyways so that's a no brainer. Talk about a deal ;). I was banned from this location for no reason what so ever yesterday 4/9/26 ..i haven't been to…read moreNorthshore in months..but here's the story..I left a review several months ago regarding homeless people hanging out and it smelling of marijuana..makes me nervous going there alone..so I went to East Ridge facility..yesterday I was banned from there AND the Northshore gym..ran by the same people..because they told me I couldn't tan or bring my husband as a guest ..I didn't know since we've been going a year..apparently I had a basic plan..they were rude and told me I'd have to go to Hixson to do that since they aren't really a part of the Home office of with Workout Anytime 24/7 ..I didn't know so we left..then banned! For no reason but for leaving a honest review about a nasty unsafe gym that needs better management! The one in Hixson is the real deal..the better place to workout..don't waste your time or offend these guys or you'll be banned as well. Their mngt left comments I was banned on my review but never explained why.

When I asked for a chair, I was told I could not use it because I did not have a profile picture and supposedly was not part of the Black Card membership. This was extremely confusing because my app clearly shows my name, our membership, and we have been Black Card members since 2017 without ever having this issue. Many of the employees know me personally because I am there several mornings every week. I asked to speak with a manager but was told one was not available. I was so upset that I left before I said something I would regret. My husband later spoke with management and was told the issue could only be fixed by adding me to the account and paying for an additional membership. What hurts the most is how I was treated. After nearly a decade of being a loyal member, I felt singled out, embarrassed, and disrespected. As I stood there, I could not help but notice that four other people entered at the same time, and only one person's phone was scanned, yet they were not questioned the way I was. Whether intentional or not, the experience left me feeling racially profiled and deeply hurt. I have worked hard on my personal growth and emotional health, and I am proud that I chose to walk away instead of reacting in anger. A spread of recreated buildings outside offers opportunities for perusal. The most aesthetically distinctive site is a large spring of the sort that seem more common in Kentucky than Tennessee, which evinces a robust blue color and empties into a clear stream. The spring itself is off-limits, but the stream is open for wading. All of these sites are within sight of the initial entrance, but a trek uphill reveals picnic areas, an amphitheater, and a couple of mile trail through the woods. Between the different elements of the park, it was easy to spend a couple of hours there, and best of all, it's free, though the gift shop warrants examination.

Historically, it's really interesting that this was the last meeting site for the Cherokee tribe's council. The signs claim it is "where the Trail of Tears really began." I was really intrigued by the natural Spring called "the Blue Hole." I've never seen a spring that appears bright blue in a forest setting. Seeing this cool natural sight was pretty awesome. Also, I could just imagine the Cherokee using this spring water and being here hundreds of years before. Trail wise: Pretty flat and easy trails. It's not very challenging. But, it makes up for it because it's a calm place with beautiful forest. I loved walking around. Also, since this is small and off the beaten path, it's not crowded at all. Overall: highly recommended. Worth a visit!
