I had contacted Fix A Dent to make repairs on my Tesla model S, which sustained a dent to the wheel well area that extended over the rim (likely due to a rogue shopping cart or someone carelessly opening their door). Overall, I was blown away with how professional Sharif and his technicians are. First, I had contacted several repair shops and many were hesitant on giving a quote, or if they did, gave an astronomically high quote. Instead, Fix A Dent (Sharif) responded right away and gave a quote that was very reasonable. He was also transparent in the whole process, which I greatly appreciated, and made setting up an appointment quick and easy. On the day of the appointment, Joel came out to my residents make the repairs. He did a fantastic job and got 99.9% of the dent out in about an hour. There was just a tiny hairline mark that was left behind. He explained that Tesla's aluminum body are notoriously difficult to work with and that he did everything he could to get it out. In truth, it wasn't super noticeable, but I mentioned the crease to Sharif, more to learn more about what I could do about it, and guess what! He called me to see if he could see the crease for himself! Sharif came out the next day and tried a few more tricks on the crease and now my Tesla looks just as good as before!
