Excellent customer service and results. I contacted them along with many other PDR companies regarding a dent. They responded very promptly with incredibly competitive pricing. That same day we schedule an appointment for the following week because my availability was limited. However they did have a slot for me the very next day if I could have made it work. My insurance referred me to traditional body shops, but not only were their prices ridiculous, a lot of them had estimates of one or two weeks (or more!) to get my car fixed. Pros: World class professional customer service experience. Cons: Wish there was an paint step between touch up and full blown panel paint job. I've had an experience where I've gotten my paint chipped at the super market parking lot. I'm assuming it was from a shopping cart. I've gotten my that car repainted at a reputable body shop before and the work was absolutely flawless. No matter how close you look the chip could not be found and the paint blend was so good that I couldn't tell where it started and ended. 10/10 job. However, it was terribly expensive and I couldn't see myself paying that price for a 2009 Acura TSX. The next time I had a paint chip I tried to do it myself and it turned out so badly that my wife banned me from messing around with the TSX. Now I have 3 panels that needed work. So I was in the market for a "touch up" paint service. I figured it's a step back from a full blown paint job and it'll help with the paint chip to be less noticeable. Fix-A-Dent-Now is a mobile service and it was one of the first places I called. It went immediately to voicemail with instructions on how to reply. He texted me back pretty quickly, there was a little back and fourth, but answered all my questions. I he also mentioned that touch up paint jobs won't restore the paint to original condition 40%-60% better he said. Additionally the prices were much more affordable than a full blown paint job. We set a date and the appointment was confirmed. As the days got closer I got follow up reminder texts-- Awesome. On the day of my guy is late. I text Sharif who promptly replies and then follows up with a phone call explaining what happened. There was a mix up with the schedule and he offered to cancel, reschedule, or have the technician (Jesse) show up later. I was pretty excited about the touch up so I figured I'd wait. Jesse arrives and apologizes for the incident and he explained to me that touch up paint jobs won't restore the paint to original condition 40%-60% better is what to expect. I told him about how I messed up my other car's paint and he give me a mini lesson on how to prep and apply the touch up paint. 45 mins later he's done. He explained to me that it'll take about 5 days to a week for the paint to cure. During the curing the paint should be less rigid looking. I don't know why I expected 100% original condition despite both Sharif and Jesse 40%-60% better. But I geeked out when Jesse explained the process to me and I find value in that. I also appreciate Sharif's professional follow up explaining what happened. I can tell from his demeanor that he was sincere. I did get 40%-60% better and wife couldn't tell where the touch up was unless I pointed it out to her. So we're both happy about the service. More importantly, if the touch up paint job was unsatisfactory, I wasn't accountable. In the future, I'll attempt to touch up myself and if I mess up, I'm calling Sharif and Jesse from Fix-A-Dent-Now. Keep up the good work! read more

My bro and I were about to start washing his car using a pressure washer and we forgot to push in the nozzle adaptor all the way. Beware! The low quoted price you are given is not the actual price when the tech shows up!! Super frustrating experience with this company! At first I was blown away by the fast quote and prompt responses. All I had to do was text in photos of the dent and I was given a quote range for the repair. It all sounded fair and good so I booked an appointment. When the tech arrived to fix the dent he tried to say that the owner told him the wrong measurements for my repair (first warning sign is that I was never asked for any measurements) and that the new cost was now going to be 26% more than what I was quoted!! Was the tech just trying to pocket extra cash with that line? After some conversation with the tech he told me that he must make a minimum amount on every repair and that the owner just contracts him out to these jobs. So the tech doesn't really work for this company at all...which is fine, other than the fact that first the issue was the size of the dent and then it became about a minimum price for the job once I got the truth. Obviously this is just an internal pricing issue and the owner should not be quoting jobs before he has his contractors bidding the jobs OR when the owner sends out quotes he needs to be clear the the pricing is SUBJECT TO CHANGE. This is the classic bait and switch to get people into a position where they are over it and pay more since the tech is already there. I spoke with the owner about this issue and he was nice enough but didn't offer any resolve to me other than trying to convince me that he can't give accurate bids from photos...THEN WHY IS THAT YOUR PROCESS SIR?! If this were my business I would have eaten the margin I was going to make for this account to uphold my word, owned up to the mistake, and I would have made it right for the customer by honoring the original price given. Then I would have made changes to my systems and process going forward to avoid this happening to any other future customers. I would just be aware that the price you are quoted may not reflect the actual price they will charge you. Don't be fooled by the low initial quote from the owner! And don't let them bully you into a higher price upon arrival. They got the photos from you, if they needed more info or measurements to accurately price, they should have asked before giving you a quote! read more
