Jesse fixed a dent on my aluminum door. He was professional and knowledgeable, I knew I was in good hands when he arrived in a car that was nicer than mine. Though the result isn't perfect due to the aluminum being harder to malleate , but he was transparent and communicated the whole way through, to me, the result is just enough to get it off my mind! Shops were quoting 2x of what I paid.

I contacted them about buffing out some paint transfer and touching up small chips on my bumper. They quoted $140-160 for buff and touch up. I asked if they could do $140 and they agreed. Fine. Then they sent me their booking link and told me to select the service we agreed on. When I opened their booking site, the exact same service ("Buff and touch up") was listed at $95-$120 on their own website. So I told them, it says 95-120 on your site, I'll pay $100. Their entire response: "I'll go ahead and cancel the appointment for you." That was it. No explanation for why the quote was $40+ higher than their own published price. I never even completed the booking, so there was nothing to cancel in the first place. Also worth noting, for this service YOU have to provide your own touch up paint. So the $140-160 doesn't even include materials. If the real price is $140, list it as $140. Don't publish $95-120 and quote people higher, then drop them the second they notice. Check their booking site before you agree to anything with them. UPDATE: Responding to the owner's reply Their response actually proves my point, so let me go through it. They now claim the $95-120 price is for "a single, standard touch-up spot only" and that my job needed "extensive buffing" across "multiple areas." Look at my photos. It's two small chips and some light scratches on one corner of one bumper. That's the whole job. If that counts as a comprehensive multi-area service, I don't know what a minor one looks like. Also, that "single spot only" condition doesn't exist anywhere on their booking page. Screenshot attached. The listing literally says "Buff and touch up minor excess paint and scratches" for $95-120. Nothing about it being limited to one spot. They came up with that after I pointed out the price difference. And here's the part their reply skips over. They sent me the booking link themselves and told me to "Select Your Service and the Quoted Price Range we agreed upon." I opened it, picked the service that matches my repair, and it was listed $40-65 below their quote. If that listing didn't apply to my job, why send me there to book it? They also say they "chose not to push a service" out of respect for my budget. What actually happened is I offered $100, which is within their own listed range, and the entire response was "I'll go ahead and cancel the appointment for you." No counter. No explanation. Nothing. I never said a service was performed. My review is about the pricing, and their reply just showed it again. Photos of the actual damage are attached. Look at the photos and tell me that's a multi-area job. One last thing. Mistakes happen and if they had just said "you're right our listing is confusing, let's figure this out"I honestly would have let it go. Instead they quoted above their own listed price, and when I pointed it out, dropped me instantly. Then in their public reply, they called it a "misunderstanding" and invented a condition that exists nowhere on their site. They have great reviews and their work might be good. But if a business plays games with pricing and then can't just own it when caught, how do you trust anything else they tell you? Get everything in writing with these guys, compare it against their own booking site, and decide for yourself.

Easy appointment set up, price was fair. David did the work flawlessly and showed up in the projected time frame. Texted Fix-A-Dent for mobile PDR repair in Arlington, TX. Sharif was extremely quick to respond. Pictures were sent of the damage. An estimate was provided and an appointment was scheduled. On the day of the fix, Joel was my technician. He is an absolute dent wizard. Exceptional service! I sent numerous quotes in for my dent from debris that hit my car on the highway. Sharif replied back to me very quickly with my quote for my dent. Found out someone hit and ran my new 2017 Q50 sometime during this New Year Weekend. Made a call to Fix A Dent this morning and they sent a specialist to make the repair same day. Although the dent wasn't able to be completely removed it did make a HUUUGE difference, saving me at least a thousand just on paint repair and blending at the shop. These guys were awesome. I bought a new car Thanksgiving week and within days, had a huge, deep door ding (CURSE YOU, LA!!!). I called around to a bunch of places for quotes and got quite a range, from ridiculously high to suspiciously low. I accidentally reached out to these guys. I say "accidentally" because I live in Eagle Rock and their address shows they're in Downey, which is really out of the way. But within seconds, Sharif reached out and gave me a really, really great quote and said it wouldn't be a problem to come out my way. And, he was able to send someone right away even though it was the day before Thanksgiving, whereas others couldn't fit me in until the next week. Within a couple of hours, David met me at a mall parking lot and quickly got out my dent within minutes, as well as another one in the same panel for free. They now look perfect. And, David also explained to me everything I wanted to know about getting out door dings as well as gave me a detailed lesson on scratches as he helped color in a tiny, deep scratch on another door at no extra charge. He was so awesome, friendly and thorough. Like I said, I called around to a bunch of places for quotes and Fix-A-Dent was a lot lower than many, but the work they did and their customer service was above and beyond I could ever expect. Fix A Dent -- MY SAVING GRACE!!! I hit the yellow parking pole in my garage and it was the last thing I needed during this pandemic! I requested quotes from several mobile dent repair businesses but they gave me the best quote and Sharif was the easiest to communicate with. Fast response, able to explain things in detail, answer all my questions, give "reasonable" expectations, and work with my request as a first time customer. I actually had to delay my repair and reached out again a month later and was able to schedule for a Sunday. DAVID was my technician and his work was amazing. Came to my place, went straight to work and finished everything in about 2 hours! The photos speak for themselves and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Beats having to bring your car to an auto shop and having to deal with all that hassle, long wait, and costly price. I reached out to Sharif via Yelp for a quote and he was responsive, provided information about the repair and a competitive quote. David arrived within the scheduled appointment timeframe. He was friendly and professional. He explained that since the dent was on a curved section on my quarter panel, the repair results may not be as perfect as if the dent was on a flat location. He completed the work in about 35-40 minutes, and he even buffed out the location of the dent and another scratch mark near the dent. What a great experience!! It's good to see professionalism still exists. I called, sent pictures, he got right back to me, circled the ding and dent on my car and the appointment was set. I had a roof rack on my car that was stolen. The thief used a screw driver to pry the rack mounts off my car, leaving odd dents on the pillar betwen the roof and doors. Fortunately I had clear vinyl wrap under the mounts, so my paint was fine. The dents were an eye sore for over a year and I finally decided to look for someone to assist. I reached out to Fix A Dent and started chatting with Sharif. He was great at communicating and set reasonable expectations. The damage I had was in a difficult spot, so I knew there was a good chance that the end result would not be perfect. A gentleman named Joel was sent to me to do the actual repair. He was great at communicating what he would be doing and let me know what to expect. He gave me multiple options on how he could work on my car. Given the location of my damage, I gave Joel permission to drill some small holes from under the pillar (only visible when I open my doors) so that he could hammer the dents from behind. Joel kept me involved throughout the process letting me know what his suggestions were and if I was okay with his planned steps. After the work was done, the holes were plugged. I'm very satisfied with the work and I'd say it's looking 90% perfect, which is better than what I expected. I can only see slight imperfections when I have my face inches from where the damage is. From 5 feet away, I can't notice that there were dents. Honestly, the only person that will notice the dents is me. No one else would notice unless I pointed it out. I had a pair of dents on my new Model 3 and sent photos to Fix-a-dent to see if they could fix it. Sharif responded within the hour with pricing. The price was very fair and they scheduled for next day. Dave came to fix the dent at my office the next day. The repair took a little under an hour, and you cannot see where the dent was afterwards. These guys are pros. It takes a lot of practice and experience to remove these dents. I have my own set of dent removal tools from Amazon and after watching how it's done, I realize that it's not something that can be done by someone handy, even with all of the tools. It takes a lot of practice to work dents out of a metal body. They're very friendly and courteous as well. When I sent photos of another car with more severe damage, they replied that it could not be fixed with dent repair. Omg this company is great..Very good customer service and great quality of Work perfomed..I accidentally dinged a co-workers car and I tried going through a friend of a friend and got a run around and was told without having the person come out that they would have to paint the area due to the location of the dent so I was so upset cause the money it was going to cost was a big concern for me.. Excellent work! I'm quite happy with the results. I got hold of Sharif and sent him some pictures of the dent that got put into the back of my RAV4. He soon responded with a cost estimate and a promise of an 85% improvement in the appearance of my dented in back hatch. I then made an appointment for the work to be done on my car and right on time David showed up promptly and got right to it. In surprisingly short period of time he'd worked out the dent to be almost invisible. This seems much more than a mere "85% improvement." I can still see some slight dishing in the hatch near the corner of the license plate recess. But that's because I know where to look for it. Otherwise, it looks good as new. Shareef is the man. We took our brand new Dodge Challenger last year that got dinged by a careless parking lot driver. Shareef repaired the dent in less than an hour while my wife and I strolled the neighborhood for a walk. We weren't even done with our walk and Shareef called us to let us know our car was ready. Received a very prompt and competitive quote for a repair needed on a Nissan Rogue. All body shops had quoted at $650 and up. The business owner was very transparent and honest that he would do his best to fix our dent since it was a pretty severe dent in different front areas of the car. The repair ended up being more work than anticipated but the technician did not change the original quote to charge more. Called Sharif for a quote and he went out of his way to accommodate my schedule, even though it conflicted with his. He arrived at my work gave me a quote for my 3 small door dings (which was WAY more affordable than anywhere else I looked.) I had two dents in my brand new 2018 mini Cooper countryman s. I spoke to Chris i send him some pictures of the damage. He quoted me over the phone I set up an appointment with him. Because my first two experiences went well, I trusted that everything I paid for during my third visit had been completed properly. I didn't think I needed to inspect every detail before leaving. Within ten minutes of picking up my car, I noticed that the hood was still misaligned, the horn I paid to have fixed still didn't work, and my rear bumper had been scratched while the car was in their possession. I called immediately and was told they would speak with the technician, but no one followed up. I texted the next day and received no response. I called again and was repeatedly told someone would get back to me, but no one did. When my male friend called on my behalf, an employee stated that they told me car "wasn't done yet." Which isn't true, they just let me pick up the car and paid without any disclaimers. If the work wasn't finished, I don't understand why I was charged in full and allowed to leave without being told. I brought the car back for an inspection (they didn't inspect it) and was promised a callback on Monday, which never came. After my friend called again on Tuesday, they scheduled an appointment for today, Thursday. This morning, while I was already almost there, they told me they had no technicians available and pushed the appointment back again until Tuesday. I gave this shop multiple opportunities to correct the incomplete work and address the new damage, but I have received ignored messages, missed callbacks, last-minute cancellations, and a complete runaround. I no longer trust them with my vehicle and have requested a full refund.

This photo was what I submitted when requesting a mobile repair quote, and the damage is centered…read moreon the reflector itself, along with dents above and below it. The repair quote I received did not specifically exclude the reflector repair, and it included a charge for "additional materials." Because of that, I reasonably believed the visible reflector damage was included as part of the repair. When I called the office before making the appointment, they didn't tell me that the reflector itself will not be fixed. When the technician arrived, he informed me that they could only repair the dents above and below the reflector, and that the damaged reflector itself was not included. When I called Bumper Buddies for clarification, I was told that because I, as the customer, did not specifically request reflector repair, it was not included in the quote even though the dents directly above and below the reflector were included. As a customer, I relied on professionals' expertise to evaluate the photos and provide an accurate estimate. If a major visible part of the damage was not included, that should have been communicated with the customer or clearly stated in the quote rather than assumed to be excluded. It's not unreasonable for customer to expect the communication of "hey, I see your reflector was also damaged, but we cannot fix the reflector itself, but we can fix the dent above and below it". The repair quote may have matched their internal interpretation of the estimate, but it did not match a customer's reasonable expectation based on the photos submitted. During my follow-up call with Nick, he repeatedly stated that it's a "communication error" and the quote did not include reflector replacement because I had not specifically requested it. That explanation raised even more concerns for me. As a customer, I relied on their expertise to identify and quote the visible damage shown in the photos. I should not be expected to name every individual damaged part or anticipate every technical detail in order to receive an accurate quote. If I had the professional knowledge to identify every repair item myself, I likely would not have needed their service in the first place. That is exactly why I turned to them for an estimate. Based on this experience, I would not feel confident on any future estimates from them unless every single item is spelled out in writing beforehand.
