Extremely content with the service and getting my little door dent fixed up. I sent a text and photos(I work phones 24/7 at work so being able to do that made it really convenient for me). Got the quote, gave my info and they had a tech out. I did "a number" by backing my truck into a bladed object which created a nice one inch, fairly deep, vertical crease on the top edge of the tailgate. Sent in several photos of the damage. From the photos, David was able to accurately assess the extent of damage and assign a percentage value of how perceptible he believed the end result would be. When he came out, he spent much time setting the proper expectations, even considering alternative methods of repair (body shop) given the extent of damage. We decided to proceed. Using his extensive experience, knowledge, skill and expertise, David was able to restore the damage to a mere scratch only observable under close observation. There's no replacement for skilled experience! David pulled off a minor miracle made more miraculous by the relative brief time it took him and the reasonable cost for a skilled professional to come to your home to almost completely erase a regrettable moment! I would also surmise that you, the reader, have already watched countless videos on YouTube on how to repair a cosmetic dent, from the glue method, metal tools, to dry ice, and many other quite ingenious methods. WIth each video, you probably gained a sense of bravado of how you could Do It Yourself (DIY) this repair. All I can say is WOW!!. Not only did David make my SUV new again but he did it so fast we couldn't believe it.
