With different brands/options, we were looking to shop around, but with someone right there staring at you, it's kinda hard to review all the info and compare prices to other places online. If she didn't feel like it, she should've passed the call on. If her attitude was, "just come down and look at them" she shouldn't be in the customer service business. I purchased a dog pool here with paw print art and it's been great and lasted 2 summers. This season I decided to replace with a new one. However the one I purchased this season has fish as the art. It's a thinner plastic and doesn't work well for small dogs. The art is peeling off in a weird way and making goopy mess. The sides just bend and folds the plastic making it tear easily. I will be on the lookout to see if they get any paw printed pools and I will change my star to five if they do. Dog paw pools and fish contractor pools are way different.
