When the manager figured out that he was loosing he turned away from me and told the cashier to give me my $3.20, I told them he could keep it, I no longer wanted the refund, if $3.20 was going to make such a large difference in his Daily Cash inflow, they are in much more trouble that I knew. I can live with $3.20 less in my pocket. Be warned, this is NOT a good establishment and their customer service is NOT there. I like ACE, but I will NEVER go back to this store.

Make sure you sign up for their app and get your phone into their system so you can get good deals. Drop by regularly since they have lots of seasonal items. Some years back they used to have a popcorn machine and it was such fun to browse around while munching some free popcorn. I wish they'd bring it back as it added a special festival atmosphere, even if they have to put a little coin box for people to kick in some quarters...Keep your money local and shop here when you can. When I asked for help finding the item, the worker hovered staring right at us until we made a decision. With different brands/options, we were looking to shop around, but with someone right there staring at you, it's kinda hard to review all the info and compare prices to other places online.
