Do not take your car here you will regret it. If you insurance company tries to send you here opt for somewhere else. Was told 3 times my vehicle was ready. Parts were left off the car. They did not complete the repairs. Spent 90 minutes driving here and back for shoddy incomplete work 3 times.The last time I left the shop to discover a dent in a new body part. If I could give zero stars, or negative stars, I would. This place did a terrible job repairing my car then refused to stand by their so-called "guaranteed" work. On the advice of Geico Insurance Company I took my car in to Fix Auto after a minor accident. In order to repair the front side fender they had to remove the bumper cover. While the side panel was fixed correctly they LEFT OFF SIX CLIPS when putting the bumper cover back on! How did I find this out? Because going over one of those little concrete parking space dividers at the grocery store was somehow sufficient to tear off the bumper cover! Because the clips were missing it was hanging way too low and came off when it never should have. I brought the car back to the shop to have it fixed and they refused to fix it without me paying more money. They claimed it was all my fault and their repair work the first time was fine. If going over a parking lot bumper were enough to tear off my bumper I would've lost dozens of bumpers by now. Absolute rubbish. They went to far as to claim that the bumper cover was beyond repair because it was so torn out of shape by my "accident" and would have to be replaced. Guess what? That was not true at all. I took my car in to a mechanic I knew to be trustworthy and he confirmed what I already suspected - that something with their repair went terribly wrong. He pointed that 6 clips were left off when the bumper cover was put back on. He also determined that the bumper did not indeed need to be replace and was able to simply put it back on with the correct number of clips. Fix Auto wanted to charge me almost $500 (conveniently just under my deductible amount) for work that wasn't necessary. So in addition to refusing to fix their mistake they also were trying to RIP ME OFF. Fix Auto created the problem, caused me undue stress in having to get a second repair, and refused to stand by their work. On top of all of that their communication with me during the first repair was terrible. I left my car there pursuant to an appointment and they took almost 4 days just to give me an estimate! I left it there on a Friday morning and it was only after I called them, quite irate, on Monday morning that I got an estimate by Monday evening. The same happened with getting the car back. They said it would be done Wednesday or Thursday. Come Thursday morning I'd again heard nothing so called them. I was told it would be ready by noon so my husband went to pick it up at 12:30pm. Was it ready? Of course not. He had to wait over an hour to get the car. Fix Auto DOES NOT stand by their work, refuses to admit their MISTAKES, and provide awful customer service. NO ONE should patronize this establishment. read more

I recommend them to anyone who is looking for professional work to be done on their vehicles. The people at Fix were in constant contact with me providing updates and pertinent information. We have used them in the past through a Geico insurance referral and they did a great job We wanted to get two estimates because this time we were paying out of pocket for the repair to my daughters Hynd Elantra . So we got an estimate from Hamblin's Auto Repair in Riverside that was outrageously high!!! We contacted Estimator Gonzalo who was very professional and his estimate was half of what Hamblin's was. My parents had GEICO insurance and were sent to this location for repairs. Positive: Most of the staff is friendly, the guy coordinating the repairs was great and showed genuine concern for work performed. Negative: After initial repairs the car needed to go back ASAP to fix a defective replacement headlight, missing wheel liner, ABS light was on, car pulling slightly to the left and the horn/cruise control no longer working. Overall: They did a great job on the body work and you can't tell visually that the vehicle had been in an accident. They didn't give us too much trouble when the car needed to go back in for further repairs, however the clock-spring (controls horn/cruise) went out during the accident and they stated GEICO was unwilling to repair as part of the accident. They recommended we go to the car manufacturer pay for a diagnostic and get something in writing that stated it was due to the accident, unfortunately we asked the service department at the dealership and they said they do not do that for anyone due to legal reasons. As a result that part was not swapped out and after almost a month with the car in the shop it was decided to accept the vehicle as is. While this might not be entirely fix auto's fault the overall experience was decent but not exceptional. read more

I am having my car repaired at Fix Auto. I needed my beach chairs out of my trunk so I stopped by. The items in my truck were gone and they had a hard time finding them. They kept telling me my items were on a rack with my car parts. There were headlights on the rack and my headlights were still on my car. Anyways they tell me they store items in my car. My car is 2 months old and when I opened the car door everything had been "thrown" in my car even the trunk liner and a rubber seal with a black tar consistency on it. It was a mess. I will never take my car here again if this is how they treat my belongings. read more

My last incident I took my car in for repairs and upon pick up I was unhappy with the work I saw, however, the manager Jesse made sure the matter was resolved and went out of his way to insure my car was fixed entirely. Once I got there they made me wait, after waiting they tell me that they are unable to work on my car this week and that I have to come in next week. I brought my new 2020 Mustang GT here due to the good reviews but then i started getting attitude from Eli and moment i received my car back i let him know the fender did not match the rest of the car. You could clearly tell where the vehicle was painted i asked them if they could take it back inside and blend it in more but Eli said no to me that it looked perfect for him. last time i checked its my car buddy not yours not only that but i also noticed they had over sprayed paint on my door and Eli immediately said "o that wasn't us we didn't touch your door" ok bro that wasn't there when i dropped it off and the car barely 2 weeks old. they left paint residue on my interior and smelled like a musty ass dude. save yourself the time and don't bring your car here take it across to All Magic Paint & Body they redid the work and man they did a fantastic job read more

What a refreshing place to bring your car for excellent service! The staff is very courteous and professional! I only wish I had found them sooner! As a woman who doesn't know much about cars or or body repairs, they could have taken me to the cleaners but they were amazing! This is my "go to place" for any future work I might need. They were recommended to me by a dear friend who has used them many times in the past (her daughter his a bad habit of "bumping into things". She raved about the fast, friendly and professional service and she was right-on! Gabriel Silva and Cindy Marin were so nice! My fender-bender was traumatizing to me. They see them every day. Unprofessional. I had to call this place for updates on my truck that they were working on. The estimator Gabriel, was not updating me. Told me my truck would be ready one day and when that day came, nothing. I had to call them, I was told before 530 I should hear word and sure enough nothing. Gabriel wouldn't answer phone calls or at least call me to update. If you dare choose this place be sure to not to work with this guy. I would choose a different shop. read more

Did a decent job fixing my car although upon us picking my car up, they mounted the damaged tire (from the accident) back onto the NEW rim. Had to sign a release of liability in order to take the car. The best part is that they NEVER contacted the rental car place to pick up the rental! Took my 2016 accord sport. To this fix auto in Moreno valley. More like fix shit. My insurance co. Said this is one of their reputable shops. So trusting my insurance I did so. Had them give me an estimate on my collision repair. For my insurance co. Had scratch on opposite side of car wich had nothing to do w/ the collision & asked for a separate cost estimate. Uugh the more I think & talk about this pisses me off. So to make a long story short. Agreed for them to do the collision repair. But not repair scratch on the opposite side. Wen I received my car back OMG. WTF. seriously? My grandkids could of done a better job & their under 4 yrs old. The paint did not match . My car is a pearl blue wich looks like a purple blue @ nite time they painted my bumper metallic blue. I don't smoke nor does anyone smoke in my car they burned my car seat cover & car seat, car was filthy dirty paint looked like orange peel. Broken clips on fender, broken missing clips on side skirt, headlight all scratched & fucked up. List goes on. So I'm walking away.. . Fucking place is a joke. Jesus or wtf ever his name is is a rude ass S.OB. SO EVERYONE. BEWARE. THEIR WORK IS SHIT THEY DON'T GIVE A FUCK. . Ended up takin my car to dealer. The dealer was like WTF..
