I texted him that our toilet was leaking water around the base when we flushed it and the rest of the information that he'd asked for. I also let him know it was not an emergency. Waited 24 hours and no response, so I texted him again. He called me back and said he had been on a job but could come the next day at a designated time. The next day he arrived 10 minutes early. He Came into my house and checked out the toilet. Went out and got his tools and supplies. He showed me some rusting on a water inlet hose and asked if he should change it out. I told him to do so. He vacuumed up the water that was in the toilet and then pulled it up. He quickly repaired and replaced the needed items. It took him just under an hour. Excellent!!!!! I'd hire him again, for sure!
