I will say the customer service from the lady in the office could use some improvement, as the experience there wasn't the best. However, Robert, the manager, completely turned my impression around. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made a huge difference and showed that he genuinely cared about making sure the job was done right. He even went above and beyond and replaced the other headlight so they could both be brand new. Wow! I…read morestopped by one afternoon to get an estimate on re-painting one door of my car that had been previously worked on by a mobile dent removal/paint guy, and the roof because the clear coat was wearing out due to sun damage. It wasn't looking good and I plan to keep the car for another five years or so, so I figured I should look into this. Marcos took a look at the areas that needed work, then brought me into his office. He typed up some information in the computer and got me a quote within 10 or 15 minutes, no problem. The cost was about what I expected and I didn't even bother getting a second opinion. Based on the number of great reviews on Moises, I figured I had found the right place. I scheduled a time to drop the car off on a Monday morning hoping I would only have to rent a car until Friday. They literally got to work right away, sending me photos of the car being worked on by noon. It turned out that the mobile dent guy had done some pretty shoddy work underneath his paint job, and that I would need a new door skin as well if I wanted the car to really look its best. Marcos was honest and said I didn't have to go this route, and could keep it the way it was, but it wouldn't look as good. It would be ok, and better than it currently looked, but if I wanted it pristine, I should consider the new door skin. I figured I'm going this far, so we might as well do it right. The car was ready by Friday afternoon as promised, even though they had to order a new door skin which was not in the plan. When I picked the car up Friday, it looked perfect. In fact, the whole car looked fantastic. The paint was blended perfectly. I feel so much better about this car now. One added bonus to all of this is that Marcos noticed my magnet on the back of the car that says "I [heart] my dachshund," and Marcos mentioned he also has two dachshunds. I always know I can trust a dachshund lover. The only problem is that Marcos is an LAFC fan, and as I am a huge LA Galaxy fan, it was difficult to accept this!

Armen give me an estimate until he saw it in person. We were happy with the estimate and went to take her car to the shop. The price was still the same and Armen explain the whole process to us. The cost was very reasonable and less than we thought it was going to cost. They accept cash and credit card with no fee. The work took about 3 days and they went above and beyond on the work. There was some internal damage that we couldn't see but Armen fixed them with no additional charge. They also washed the car and was in the process of applying the tire dressing when we arrived to pick up the car. It looked better than before and we are overjoy with the amazing work they did. I would highly recommend this shop for anyone who need body work on their car. Customer service is top notch and their craftsman is amazing. The warranty is also lifetime so that's always good.

I brought it into Chase and all conversations went well. A month later I noticed that my driver side windshield nozzle wasn't working. I checked it and it was broken and glued back together. There was also an unpainted chip underneath and hidden by the nozzle. This made me look at the rest of the car where specially I had the car painted. I noticed there was overspray on both side mirrors. I am disappointed by not surprised.

He called about an hour before I needed it saying they were wrapping up and shared the final price which ended up being a few dollars less than the original estimate.
