Being a woman in a male dominated setting is intimidating, and walking into a body shop can be very stressful. Based on previous experiences, it can be a little difficult for women to be taken seriously in regards to repair or mods to our cars. The owner went above and beyond to take care of me. Not only was he knowledgeable, he made sure that he understood what I wanted and executed it perfectly. He went above and beyond and worked with my schedule to accommodate me. I had not one, but all four of my rims on my new BMW get in several fights curbs. Since I'm really meticulous about my car, I needed it fixed ASAP and glad I went with this body shop although the dealer told me I would need a new set of rims. I decided to go with some additional mods which included the full black gloss/chrome delete, rims powder-coated in gloss black, and the front grill. Long story short, my car looks AMAZING and I can't thank these guys enough for making my car look 10000x better. Ok Yelpers it has been a while, but my pledge and promise to all of you is to always to keep it real! Ok here we go! I must say that this was the most unusual experience I ever have had with any body shop that I was ever a customer of. I took my 500 Sl Mercedes to them for bumper to be repaired, in which I was paying out of pocket for. When I arrived I never saw anyone working inside the shop. I was greeted by Gary who I was told was one of the partners. I was given an estimate, and told to come back the following week at 10:00Am. I returned to leave my car there a young gentlemen with a lap top in the office told me to come back around noon, when I asked where Gary was he was expecting me I was told that he was sleeping!!! Again there was no one working inside the shop. I found that to be quite strange at 10:00am, no one working!! I told him that I would leave my car for him to begin work I was not going to come back. The following day I was called by Gary who I thought had already began working on my vehicle. He called me right before 5:00PM to tell me to bring a deposit in for half the amount before he begins working on it! I told him for $300.00 that I wasnt going to leave my Mercedes at his shop and not pay pay him!! I came down down that same day picked up my car as he wasted my time and two days to tell me this!! When you try to call him during the day its goes to his cell phone he answers on, when you call the shop you get a recording!! This would make a great skit for Alex Baldwin on Saturday Night Live, or for a weekly comedy series on television. Again I had never experienced such a strange place with these business practices!! The young gentlemen in the office told me he sometimes will help with the body work, but he wants to be an actor! Maybe he can have the lead and play himself!! As for the other characters we will wait and see who they will cast for those roles!!! In short do yourself a favor, find another body shop in the valley, and stay clear from this one!!!! came in to faith body shop with a huge headache, my insurance did not want to pay for consequential damages to my custom suspension. I explained everything to Maria(owner) and she said she deals with cheap insurances all the time and would make sure they would pay for all the needed repairs. Maria also arranged a car rental and it was ready for me when I dropped off my baby. Today is exactly 10 days after I dropped it off and my 16 Rubicon looks better than before.
