The technician (I'm sorry, I missed his name) was great! Friendly, knowledgeable, and 100% prepared with the appropriate parts and tools. Although the price was higher than I expected, the service was faultless! He installed new, stainless-steel rollers in place of the old, broken plastic ones and replaced rusted, broken screws on the frame. He also aligned the door, cleaned the track, and showed me the proper lubricant to keep things moving. He was also great with our two dear dogs, and they liked him just fine. The end result is a door that moves with a two finger glide instead of two-armed shoving. Tigerdog sez: slide 'em!

For customer service, I would say Rachel is the best. Both times I have been to this location. Rachel helped me and she is such a sweetheart, she is nice, friendly and patient. She takes her time and explain the process and how long it will take for items to be delivered. For parking, I would say it's easy to find a parking spot in the front.
