The lady was super unhelpful over the phone. They say it's free estimate but they will charge you a service fee of $125. I told her whats the issue was and why I need a plumber for cause I have a leak on my kitchen ceiling but instead of sending a plumber out for a free estimate she told me that she will charge us the service fee of $125. That's not how free estimate works. You need to come check out the problem 1st and do your own due diligence then give an estimate & it's upto the customer if they going to go with it or not. I called a different company and told them the exact same thing over the phone what I told her and got a free estimate. Moral of the story don't do false advertisement & don't try to con your customers. Smh! read more

I requested a quote this morning, Sunday, for hydro jetting through the Yelp app. Armando quoted me $299. He sent a technician out a couple of hours later who couldn't find the clean out and quoted me $750 to have the hydro jetting done through the roof later today. I told him where the clean out was located and told him that Armando had quoted me $299. After checking with Armando, he told me that they could honor that quote but I had to wait until Monday. Apparently that quote was not valid for Sundays even though I contacted him on a Sunday, he responded to me on a Sunday and never mentioned that the quote was valid for weekdays only and he sent out a tech on a Sunday. What a waste of time for everyone. read more

This guy showed up and told me it was going to be $750 to unclog my drain. Without doing any inspections, He said he couldn't take off the toilet because the pipes may spray sewage into the house. He told me that me clean out wasn't connected to my house. So he was going to bring a hydro jet for $750. Then when I started calling other places, I saw the cheaper rates and I asked him to just rooter the line. Immediately he seemed uncomfortable and called his boss. Suddenly he got into his van and just drove away!! HE WAS TRYING TO SCAM ME. The next day a different person from this company began calling me and pretending they had no idea what went wrong. They wanted to keep me as a customer. NO WAY! I ended up calling Roto Rooter who took off the toilet and performed a rooter service for $250. read more

Our shower knob was rusted and the handle broke off and water started to leak behind the wall. We had a difficult time locating the main water shut off valve until we figured out where it was. This was our first time turning off the water valve. Still then the damage was irreversible, water had begun leaking and made its way through the downstairs ceiling.. I called the first company I could find that had the highest rating on Yelp as it was a bit of an emergency. Fix it quick was the first company to show up with the highest rating on Yelp. I called them and Armando picked up, I explained to him the situation and he was able to show up within 20-30 minutes! I did not need to make an appointment, he just came right over--thank god! He inspected the the shower knob, ensured the water valve was turned off properly. He came back an hour later to replace the shower knobq and even fixed the water pressure. In less than the quoted time! Estimate 4-6 hours, all done in 2 hours! Im very appreciated of Armando and his guy for coming so urgent and in a timely manner. They went above and beyond to help at this very short sudden notice. I will definitely recommend this company, great work ethic, very professional! read more

I messaged them through Yelp to get one and got a response within 10 minutes and Armando let's me know he could come that same day. We had a kitchen sink clogging. I contacted them and they dispatched their plumber within 2 hours. He snaked the line but before opening the drain from the garbage disposal, he checked that section and suggested that the garbage disposal is also clogged with grease. We bought one from the nearby Home Depot store and after he installed the new one he noted that the water from the garbage disposal is not draining. He opened and cleaned those sections and the problem was solved. I am not very sure that the garbage disposal really had to be replaced. I was charged $530 just for the replacement of a garbage disposal that I bought for about $150 from Home Depot, and the whole replacement just took less than 30 minutes. All in all I was charged $855 for 2 hours of good quality, professional work performed. The service was perfect, but I feel I was over charged by 40%. read more

5 stars for Phil! My kitchen sink had been leaking for months and I was having trouble identifying the source of the leak. I previously had 2 different plumbers out. The first replaced a part of the dishwasher piping which didn't solve the leak. The next re-caulked all around the sink. But water kept appearing under the sink. Based on some of the good reviews I saw on Yelp, I wanted to give this business a chance since I felt I was already being priced gauged my current plumber. I called Armando and he answered right away and was able to promptly come out. He seemed professional and was on time. My plumbing problem was that the water pressure is likely too high and water is dripping out where the pressure regulator is. Obviously, the regulator needs to be replaced. After we've barely exchanged pleasantries, Armando looks at the regulator for about 3 seconds and says it's going to cost $2080 to replace. Fortunately, I already had a quote (which I knew was already too high at $820). I told Armando there's no way I can afford that. At first he said "that's the price the office has" and that he would have speak with someone to get any reduction. I said flat out that I'm not going to be able to pay that. Without blinking, he then reduces the price to $900. At this point, I'm already feeling this was a massive red flag. How did it go from over $2000 to $900 in less than 90 seconds? I told him I had a quote for $820, but I knew that was already on the high end. Again, without any hesitation, he said "Fine, we'll do $820". Armando did not do much inspection and didn't even check the water pressure. I let him know that I will pass, but thanked him for his time. About 1 hour later, I received a call from Armando asking what I thought about the price. I was honest and said I felt put off by the fact he basically tried to charge me nearly 3 times the previous quote. He told me again that these are simply the prices that the office has (even though, he appears to be listed as the owner on the Yelp page!). He gave me a final offer of $675 to replace the regulator and the release valve. However, both had already been replaced within the last 2 years. I got a quote from another plumber and they said I only needed the regulator replaced for a total of $275 - 9 times what Armando originally charged me! Overall, it felt a very shady practice. I would certainly say to any potential customers to use with caution and do their due-diligence in researching market pricing for typical plumbing issues. read more
