During our conversations, the owner told me that if anything had happened, it would likely have been caused by his son Justin, who he said had only been working with him since February. However, instead of taking responsibility for investigating the situation, I was met with denial and accusations that the scratches were already there. Yet I was essentially told that the grill was already in that condition and that I was mistaken. I first reported this issue on Saturday, and it is now Wednesday. The work took about 35 minutes and he had all necessary parts. He also cleaned out dryer from top to bottom. My dryer has NEVER sounded so quiet and smooth.
