I got take out from here on a day I wasn't feeling too well. Got the cannelloni which was delicious. The meat was cooked to perfection and the red sauce was really, really good. I can't believe we never knew about this place. The food was absolutely delicious and I really enjoyed the Parrillada which feed 3 people and we even had leftovers. The chicken Milanese was sooooo good too! We ordered the mashed potatoes on the side and they were not that good, the ensalada rusa was good and the green salad too. Victoria was the best at accommodating us since we had a puppy with us. She turned on the fans for us outside and kept making sure Valentino had fresh water and was cool. This is a truly local spot , sitting in the corner of a shopping center. The Argentinian Steak though, worth it - the garlic bread? Can't go wrong with rolls or mini French breads. I always get a side of pasta with my steak, and the house sauce is where it's at. Sometimes I also do the spinach ravioli, absolutely delicious. My mom & I had the grill salmon my mom with mashed potatoes & myself with French fries it was good. My dad had a churrasco with salad & sweet potato that was also good. My best friends mom had fettuccine Alfredo with chicken but she did not like it because the sauce tasted like a chicken soup & it did because I tried it. My best friend had a picaña steak very good (I also tried it) it was well done & very soft. The other bad thing is that if you eat inside the kitchen is very close to the tables so you will go the smoke & strong smell of the food being cooked, I think it would be best to eat outside. We started with their complementary garlic rolls that was a wonderful kick start to a great meal! So fresh! I decided to order the Steak Milanesa Fugazeta $9.99 which included a cheese and onion topping. My boyfriend ordered the Spaghetti con Albondigas (meatballs) $8.49. My milanesa was absolutely perfect and the perfect size for a lunch, served with one side. It was so tasty that I wanted to order another one to take home for later! My boyfriends spaghetti was more mediocre, we usually like a thicker tomato sauce which theirs was a little watery BUT the sauce still had all the flavor there. Also, the meatballs were huge and well seasoned; my boyfriend couldn't finish his meal which never happens! This a local go to spot for lunch! It was just a plain breaded steak fillet and not much more for $14 If you wanted something like than, then you should go for their "milanesa fugazeta" which is the same thing but with some nice onion and cheese drizzled over the milanesa for only $2 more ($16). Ive been coming here for many years and I enjoy the food, staff, and atmosphere. I was however not pleased with the manner in which they add the tip to the bill. Not because I am opposed to tips, rather because I felt it was borderline sneaky and less than clear. The tip was added in as SERV and when the credit receipt came out it was shown as a pre tip amount. I can't help but wonder how many times have I not noticed and tipped twice. I just feel that a business should always err on the side of caution and make sure their clients are clear on what's happening. I had a great meal, great service, and a lovely time with my family, but the practice really bothered me. I would come back but will be very cautious when the bill comes around. This place was packed, I had to wait about 15 mins before sitting down but it was well worth the wait. I got a beef cannelloni and was obsessing over how fresh and flavorful it was, presentation wasn't the most appetizing, but I really wasn't expecting such good pasta out of this place and it was really good. They also have a variety of sauces to choose from as well as fillings for the pasta like, beef, chicken, or veggie; and white, red , or pink sauce. I got beef with marinara sauce, I only wish there was more because I finished the entire plate. My friends got a chicken Milanesa, and the a churrasco that was also perfectly cooked and had a good smoky flavor. Absolutely love this place!!! I had grilled chicken with chimichurri sauce. First off the chicken was cooked to perfection and juicy (I hate a dried chicken) and it was big enough for my 2 younger sisters and I to share. We also have tried a veggie pizza which was really good and flavorful. I tried a peice of my dads steak and that was delish too. You just cant go wrong with whatever you order from here. And the only reason I gave four stars was because the restaurant is kinda small but u do have the option of sitting outside, which can get humid...I mean it is Miami. LOL read more
