I hate writing reviews like this, but I feel like other homeowners should know what happened. I am a recent widow, and after my husband passed away, I've been handling things around the house that he normally took care of. I found this company's contact information in my late husband's phone and assumed that because my husband had used him in the past, I could trust him with my property. I hired this company to clean my grill for $475. After they left, I went to use the grill and immediately noticed deep scratches all over the stainless steel hood that were not there before. My daughter's boyfriend was outside while they were working and heard the workers arguing because one of them had apparently scratched the grill. According to him, one worker said something along the lines of, "What am I supposed to do about it now?" When I contacted the owner, I wasn't looking for a fight. I simply wanted an explanation and a reasonable solution. During our conversations, the owner told me that if anything had happened, it would likely have been caused by his son Justin, who he said had only been working with him since February. However, instead of taking responsibility for investigating the situation, I was met with denial and accusations that the scratches were already there. What makes this even more frustrating is that I sent photos of my grill before the work was performed, and those deep scratches are not visible in those photos. Yet I was essentially told that the grill was already in that condition and that I was mistaken. The damage itself is disappointing, but what really bothers me is the lack of accountability afterward. Accidents happen. What matters is how a company handles them. I first reported this issue on Saturday, and it is now Wednesday. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter, no inspection has taken place and no meaningful effort has been made to address my concerns. I also found the owner's attitude to be dismissive and disrespectful. Rather than scheduling a specific time to come inspect the grill, I was expected to simply be available whenever he decided he might stop by. As a paying customer, I don't think that's a reasonable way to handle a complaint involving damage to someone's property. As a widow trying to navigate things that my husband used to handle, I placed my trust in a company I believed had earned it. Instead, I was left with a scratched grill, accusations that the damage was somehow already there, and a complete lack of accountability. I paid in full, trusted this company to take care of my property, and was left disappointed by both the workmanship and the way the situation was handled. I had BBQ Cleaners clean my grill after a year or more of lots of use. Once again outstanding job. They went above and beyond cleaning all stainless doors for openings and cleaning in cabinet under grill that had collected some bugs etc. they even got my starter going. Jeffrey was our cleaner and he robbed us without using a gun! We bought a home with an outdoor grill that needed a lot of work, we called the bbq cleaner since the reviews were pretty good. He wasn't out there very long and told us, "ok. It's clean". We didn't check, shame on us, but days later when we looked we saw he did nothing. We had to have another company come out to do the job. If you hire this company make sure you pay attention and don't let them leave until you are satisfied. On second thought, don't use them, call someone else. read more

Sometimes you find a company that does what they say, friendly, and no drama. The BBQ cleaner is one of them. Called on Friday to get an estimate. As estimate was fair, he offered me the service for Monday (today) at 8.15 am. Sure enough, Rome showed up at 8.15 Friendly, courteous. Performed the work, and was out in an hour. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend these guys for not only cleaning, but also grill work should you need it. read more

We moved into our house 3 years ago and I figured my grill was in need of a deep cleaning. Frankly I am not even sure the last time the previous owner cleaned the grill so it was definitely time. I called a couple of different spots but these guys were the best priced and had a better time for an appointment. This was pretty much one of the easiest service calls ever. Basically I gave them my address and they came by while I was at work. I know it takes quite a bit of time 3+ hours or so. When I came home I was shocked at how clean my grill was. It looked brand new - No coloring on the grates whatsoever, pure steel. I was also shocked to see my flavorizer bars which I had previously thought were covered with rust shiny and new. They also cleared a blocked line I had in addition to cleaning the cabinet below and the exterior of the grill. These guys even put in my smoker (which I never knew it was). Overall, I would highly recommend these guys you will be absolutely shocked at how new your grill will look after a cleaning. After seeing the SUV around town advertising the BBQ Cleaner I decided to give them a call. I set up an appointment and they showed up on time (which is greatly appreciated here in S Florida because its rare). They spent a couple of hours cleaning my Weber which really needed it. When they finished it looked like new. Sometime later I had some issues with a knob on the BBQ and the burners. After a couple of visits and some trouble shooting it was determined that the manifold should be replaced. It worked but immediately had issues with the new knobs breaking. I called Raul at the BBQ cleaner and he went ahead contacted Weber directly and got me a whole set of new knobs with 3 spare knobs just in case. First, I am not connected in any way with this company nor, has anyone asked me to do a review. I'm doing this review because it's hard to find good services. I sent an inquiry on a Sunday evening. Monday I received a call from the owner. He offered to schedule one of his cleaning techs for 8am Tuesday morning. The tech arrived promptly at 8 am, was courteous and professional. He performed a deep clean on my two year old lp gas built in grill. He did an outstanding job and meticulously cleaned up the work area. The grill is like new. I highly recommend this company. I will note, the price was a little more than I anticipated. But, in light of the exceptional customer service and work performed, it was worth the price. They did a great job cleaning and replacing some needed parts. As soon as they left I noticed that the temperature gauge was broken during the cleaning and had water in it. While I'm sure that this happens, I called to have them help me replace it. I was willing to pay to replace the part but after some back and forth they disappeared and stopped returning calls or texts.
