Do not go here they are crooks! Went here to get a problem with my wife's I Phone 7 fixed. We have insurance and should have taken advantage of it. I could have paid the $175 to get a brand new replacement I Phone 7. I own a small business my self so I know how big it is to have good customer service and Integrity. Nate the manager has always been cool helpful and actually comes to my business. So we decided to take a shot and give them the business. Originally my wife's phone started having an issue with speaker she couldn't hear incoming calls. They told us it was a common thing and they fix it all the time and it would be $150. So I figured we would give them the business and save $25 instead of replacing the phone through insurance. They told us it would take 3-5 days and they would call us for pick up. They told us they needed half down so we paid the $75. Well after I kid you not 11 days after no call or communication we called the store and they said that it's done but to come in because there is more complications. We go in the store and the guy said that THEY mishandled the phone and ended up breaking the home screen button which could not be fixed at all. So I asked for our money back since they broke our phone. Nate said the owner is not taking responsibility for the phone and will not refund our money back. Keep in mind the phone can not be fixed and now I have to do an insurance claim. So now I'm out the $75 because they did not fix the phone which we paid for instead I paid to have them completely destroy the phone. I will be taking legal action and calling the better business bureau. Do not go here. Also I have recommended numerous amounts of my employees, friends, and family here. They have fixed tons of phone screens for my recommendations. They will be losing out in all our business that's for sure. I'm adding this section here because the owner responded. He never took responsibility for what his employees did, it was only after the fact that I left my truthful reviews and he had time to let it sink for a few days. At that point he had his manager Nate call me and ask to take the reviews from google and Yelp down and he will give my $75 back. I told Nate no. It's on principle at this point. I waited 11 days for the. To ruin the phone and let me clarify it was still ruined. It was not functional at all. The speaker issue that it went in for the first place was still not working. You could not place an outgoing call or receive incoming calls. The phone was ruined. They treated me with no respect and brushed me off. They may have other good reviews and have done better business for other people but for the couple of weeks they were dealing with me they more than fell short they had no communication and did not know the first thing g about conducting business. Keep the $75 I hope you learn and grow from my incident and you take this as a reminder of how to treat people. read more

I just had my 5s screen repaired and repaired right. The guys at fix my phone sd did a great job in a short amount of time. I'll be back if I ever break my phone again but they did get me set up with tempered glass so I hope it won't be soon. Fingers crossed. read more

Sam and Nathan at Fix My Phone SD are amazing. I brought my boyfriend's completely shattered iphone 5s in at around 5:30 PM hoping for a miracle. In less than 20 minutes they had it repaired (including the damaged lcd screen ) and even added tempered glass. It looks like it is new out of the box! I was pleasantly surprised to find such a professional shop from the moment I walked in until completion of repair. My Galaxy Note 5 LCD needed to be replaced. "Nathan" explained everything in detail including cost (very competitive) and timeframes prior to repair which I really appreciated. He completed the repair on the spot and in a timely manner. I'll first start off with that the first time I took in my galaxy s6 edge + I just needed the glass lens on my back camera replaced before my actual camera would break.the Hispanic female gave me a reasonable quote so we went through. Left the phone for about 30 mins and as soon as I got home she calls telling me the part she thought would fit was actually for a different model !?!? Really tech. Wasted my gas and time.went back to get it and the girl said she would call me when she had it in, she didn't mention a deposit or anything. A week later I call to see if the had it in and said they never ordered it. By then my actual camera was messed up and now how to spend more money. After I got a quote from JI I came here to give them another chance on giving them business and spending even more money on fixing the lens and the camera. I was with chandler another tech and Sam the owner. They went to the back to discreetly discuss their so called "online" quotes and said they would do it for $69. Sounded like a great deal so just finally got it on PAPER ,gave them a $5 deposit to order the parts they didn't have still and left until it came in. I went in after they called me to come in and chandler their tech informed me that he had never done the type of procedure that if I waited for the Hispanic female it would be done right because she had done it before. I go in two more times! And she is only there from 10am -2 pm. I have a job that doesn't let me go with the schedule. Finally I took my lunch one day to go and get it fixed after speaking with the owner asking if she was there. The owner Sam, said yes come in .I left at 1 as I am down the street it was 1:15 literally a light away the owner calls me back to tell me not to come anymore ?? Seriously wasted more gas, lunch break and time !!! He said not to worry they have a new technician to come any time. The next day I go in I managed to be there at by 1 and was able to catch the Hispanic female. I turn it in and make it a deal even after she gave me attitude for asking her to let me see my phone before I finally left. Again another 30 mins go by and this time a random man I had never seen there before after going in about literally 4 times before named Nathan or Nathaniel calls saying he was the manager and that there was a mistake and miscommunication. That the job was going to be harder than expected and cost over a $150 !!! I Told him there was no miscommunication.the owner was there and was the one who actually gave me the quote, was on PAPER which I wish I would have tookin a picture of to have proof of , and after all the times we spoke never said anything about the price.thats when I figured Nathan was the NEW TECH. Went in and Sam acted like he never gave me the quote. I quoted his same exact words back to him and his assuming wife got mad and started raising her voice at me ....so unprofessional!!!!this means that chandler, the Hispanic female tech and Sam the owner have no idea on what they are doing. To the point they honestly don't know what they're doing, don't stick to their quotes "on paper!" And are very unprofessional. I would never go back and advice you not to because it's not even a real phone repair shop. Go down to JI they had it done a hour later with a way cheaper price than what the tried to give me after. Sam you are not a tech nor a man of your word. Sorry to bash you guys like this but you really waisted lots of time and my money. And Sam I've seen the other negative reviews where you comment back. i went to this shop to have my wife's phone glass fixed. My wife wrote a review that said they weren't the place to shop because there is too much competition out there who are willing to accept returns. This place only allows exchanges. She got an email from Yelp stating they took her review off because she didn't go to the store. Well, I did. The owner called her and harassed her. I am so sorry I ever went to this place. I am writing this because this company will not accept returns, only exchanges. I bought a $55 phone cover for my wife and she said I paid way too much, so I went back to return it. I found out I could only have a credit, so I was stuck. This was too much money to just let go so I spent even more money and bought a phone. I was not happy being put in a position of not being able to get my money back for a cover that was never taken out of the box! There are a lot of other places to go that would refund an item that wasn't taken out of the box. Owner: please do not call our house anymore. You talked over my wife and made her upset. She was trying to get to an appointment; you made her late. I won't ever shop or step foot into this store again. I had my iphone 6 repaired here a few weeks ago and soon afterwards I noticed my screen was starting to act jumpy and lagged a bit. I took it to the Apple store where they told me it had sustained logic board damage due to after market screen... Luckily for me they were kind enough to let me get my device replaced for $299 even though my device was tampered with. This place sucks :( Went in for a cracked screen and home button repair. They couldn't fix the home button but fixed the crack screen. Ever since I left my background to my phone is a yellow color and it is ten times harder to text on. Not only that but the screen protector I was sold for 20$ was put completely uneven so I took it off to re stick it and it cracked in my hand after the first two hours of buying it! Certain buttons don't work now and even the actual glass screen was put on unevenly. I emailed them and called to see what they can do for me and I still haven't recieved a response. Long story I still have to pay 140$ to go through insurance and already spent 120$ here . Waste of money :( I am a waitress and money doesn't come easy :(((( read more

Really great customer service! Great prices on screen repairs and diagnostics on any tech you bring in. Just had a few complications with fixing my cracked screen. The replacement screen/part that they ordered didn't work(Top half of the screen wouldn't respond to touch). Its fine, shit happens when ordering parts online and I get that. Since the broken screen I had was gone past the point of no return, I needed a temporary phone so the store gave me a replacement phone which is really awesome because I'm sure other stores wouldn't do that. The only bad thing is that I went home with the replacement phone and I tried to use it and there is a lock on it that needs a drawn pattern to open it. Unfortunately for me the store was closed for the night when I realized that the phone was locked. Kinda stressful but nothing a beer or two couldn't fix. BUT, I would still come to this place for any and all tech problems I have. Store is close by and the people who work there are super friendly. I also gave them my old macbook laptop to look at so we'll just see how that goes! read more
