So here's the thing: I was a bit upset with this shop at first. But then they fixed it and it was great. The story: I come in on a Saturday with a cracked phone screen and was told that, while the LCD was probably fine, taking off the glass of my phone to fix it might ruin the LCD, thus costing me more. Luckily, Nate was able to fix the glass without getting to the LCD, saving me $120, and even offered to sell me a $30 phone case for $10 since I got a repair done. Super cool. Sadly, later that night I realized my fingerprint scanner didn't work, and that the front camera hadn't been wiped down well, so any photos taken with it would be smudgy. Even more sadly, the LCD gave out while I was watching a video on YouTube. Fast forward to Monday, when I take in my phone again to see what can be done about it. Kenya, another technician, listens to all my issues and offers to fix my LCD and have me only pay the difference between an LCD and glass repair, meaning I only paid for the parts and not the labor. She was very nice about everything and even made sure to double check all the issues I had, like the front camera and the fingerprint scanner. I took my galaxy s7 in to Nathan and I explained how I really wanted it to be my main phone Cuz the camera is really good and my son was dew in just a few days I didn't want to miss a second of his life. I enjoyed that he kept it very real with me updating me the good and bad news as we went along and even gave me a loaner phone so that I could take pictures of my son until my real phone was finished! it had turned out to be more damage than I thought we replaced the headphone charger jack and instead of try to work around the damage inside he completely replaced the whole logic board which also cleared my imei number along with any other potential problem they stood in r way from my phone being up and running...at first my phone was freezing and getting hot until it died I was worried they would give me a hard time if I called wanting more work done but on the contrary he happily told me to bring the phone back and he would reassess what's going on. I haven't had any problems since and I'm very happy to be able to use my phone everyday all the staff were friendly and professional if ur phone is broken Nathan can fix it!! I dropped my Galaxy S 3 on the driveway a few days ago and the screen cracked like an egg. I was going to go to a cell repair place in the mall, but was told that they didn't fix by my type of phone. Another local place wanted me to wait 3-4 hours!!! I called FIX MY PHONE after finding them on the web. They fixed my phone within 1 hour by replacing the screen. I also was able to buy a new case there with a magnetic closure so the phone now if dropped is better protected. The service was EXCELLENT and reasonably priced. This is the best place in town for your phone repair and accessory needs! In searching for a screen protector for my Samsung galaxy note 8; I researched and searched several online retailers and a few other stores in town with no luck. Online had many options but I was having issues with the screen protectors not being compatible with my case (otterbox defender), the sensitivity/functionality of the screen was poor with the protector on and they wouldn't last long before bubbling and popping off. The other local stores I visited had one or no options at all for this phone because of the curved screen. Glad I found Fix My Phone SD. I brought my phone in after being cracked with broken touch sensors. I wasn't sure how good they were going to be at first but their hospitality and friendly conversations eased my doubts. after explaining to me what was going on with the problem I knew that they knew exactly what they were talking about. Before leaving they told me it was gonna be about 25 minutes I thought that was amazing how fast that is. When I left after what seemed to be more like 18 minutes they texted my moms phone saying it was ready. So glad I heard about this great little place! As a student, I wasn't a fan of the idea of paying $200+ dollars to go to the Apple Store to fix my shattered iPhone screen, so not only was this place a lifesaver for my budget, but also the service was fast, efficient, friendly and welcoming! I'd had my Iphone 6S 2 days when I dropped it and cracked the screen. I was devastated and called my provider who were worse than not helpful since I had not yet purchased the insurance. I had my iPhone 5c repaired here and they do sloppy work I went in for a screen replacement and they couldn't even do that rite they left one corner of the screen popping up how do you miss that ? iPhones are easy phones to fix how do you get that wrong ? I spent hours on the phone with my carrier and apple, went to both physical storefronts to try to figure out why my phone was not activating.
